Late reviewing but on AUGUST 20th I had this Taco Time cator for my wedding. The two female workers did fantastic. All the food was there, no mistakes, And I was given a free LARGE container of that delicious HOT sauce. Everything was packaged appropriately so nothing spilled upon travelling. Felt a better experience their than I would have preimagined. 10/10 or in this case 5 Stars.

My fiance and I went here the other night. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked so we went inside and waited for a worker to come to the counter. A woman came from around the counter and shouted Hey! We're closed

Ordered a couple taco salads and ask for a certain type of dressing and was given every option but a dressing option . kept trying to explain what i wanted and still didnt understand. Only ended up frustrated when i left this location. Service was slow and it wasnt even busy at all.

I have gone to this location lots before but last night was the worst!! If I had time I would of brought my food back. The ground beef was so dried out it was disgusting !! I can not believe they would even served it! I opened up my burritos and the ground brief look like it was the hydrated. I could not eat it. I threw them in the garbage.Not sure if I will go to this location again.

If I could I would put 0 star on this one. Bad costumer service! When it was Easter time on Sunday I decided to get tacotime and went into the store. Nobody came up to me, so I just I just took time to decided what I want to order. However after I chose what I wanted, still nobody came up to me. I said hallo" but person at the back decided to ignore me

Why was there only one person working. It took 45 minutes to get my food and the one worker was on her phone. Ingredients were not equally dispersed in burrito and wrapped poorly. Go to the 8th Street one, that one has excellent service.

THEY ALWAYS FORGET MY CHEESE SAUCE! NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT DOZENS OF TIMES! I get home, open the bag and cheese sauce isn't there! Tacos are good but they barely have any beans in them! but they charge for my cheese sauce and they always forget it!!!!

This locations is very poorly kept and not clean at all. The food was not fresh, the lettuce soggy and beef was barely warm.Had to ask for more hot sauce multiple times cause they only have 2 half full ones.The pop machine was gross and hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, the cooler has hand marks all over the glass. For a new location this place isn’t well cleaned. I’ll drive a bit further to go to a cleaner one.

Just visited this location. Had to wait 5 mins to even be acknowledged even though staff were right behind the counter. Super unfriendly taking my order, didn't even make eye contact. Burrito had like 3 pieces of chicken and mexi fries were super soggy. So disappointed that I spent money there. They were not busy either- i was the only one in there. Literally fed a mexi fry to my toddler because it was so mushy!
