Best clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Arshat is the best doctor around. A doctor who truly cares for their patients makes all the difference. I couldn’t ask for a better family doctor and clinic.

Extremely unprofessional and rude attitude from both the receptionist and the doctor. My wife called before hand to ask if they take in walk ins, the receptionist mentioned that they do, before 12pm. So she arrives at 11:30 only to be told that they don't accept walk ins until after 5pm. She told that, that was not what was told to her.Yeah receptionist huffed and puffed, and told her to wait. The doctor came and the first thing he says is, what is so important that you cannot wait til 5pm. My wife tells him that she has had coughing and blood spit out for the last few days. The doctor without checking just tells her she has the flu and tells her to leave.His diagnosis was clearly not correct and really did not care. This isn't how a doctor is supposed to behave, bad bedside manners. We will not be going here again.

I came to this clinic as a walk-in patient with major back pain and a persistent cough for well over 4 months.The doctor asked me 4 times if I was having trouble breathing through my nose and each time I told her no, I've been coughing non stop for the last few months.For some reason she prescribed me a nasal decongestant for my back pain and my inability to breath without coughing.

The receptionist can be, at times, a little curt. But our doctor is no less than incredible. We are blessed to have him. We feel he really cares about us, body, mind and spirit! He listens carefully to what we are saying. He has called our home to see how we are doing after hours. Most of us know that is almost non-existent today. We highly highly recommend Dr. Arshat. We can’t say anything about the others because we haven’t had any experience with them. The pharmacy is right there, very convenient, & extremely caring, warm & friendly! Can’t say enough good!!

Can’t ever get a hold of anyone, can’t ever get my prescription refilled. Nor does the doc ever put refills on the prescription so I have a constant issue with my meds. Even shoppers try’s to contact them and they don’t get anywhere. Worst doctors I’ve ever been to

I have been coming here to see Doctor Ghali for approximately 3-4 years. This clinic is busy, bustling and do a great job at servicing their patients. The pharmacy is also excellent. Do not listen to the bad reviews below - health care workers are doing their best. Be grateful.

Absolutely brutal service…. Walked in yesterday and was told no sorry only by appt… called today and told no only walk in… both receptionist very rude both times. Lots of other places around, don’t waste your time at this place.

Professional friendly and comfortable atmosphere. You can also pick up your prescription here. This amazing Doctor helped me quit smoking after 18 years.

I've had great success at this clinic, I've never had to wait very long, there's a pharmacy right there and the hours are great. The doctors I've seen in the past here were awesome however today the doctor I saw didn't spend more than a minute with me, didn't even close the door, wrote me a prescription and left. What is wrong with doctors today?!
