Horrible service especially on issues their tech doesn't have experience with. They've got limited technicians and if he's on vacation, they will send you techs that will just waste your time and money.

Quick service. The repair estimate came in too expensive so we just replace our machine. It's not necessarily their fault, it could have just been the part. Staff was friendly and seemed to find the root issue.

Wouldn't recommend, took in a slushie machine, 2 1/2 weeks late picked it up. Cost almost $500. Got it home plugged it in, horrible sounds, called technician, said give it time. Next day, sludge everywhere, condenser completely blown.Huge whole that had been getting bigger over time. Couldn't have missed it, if you looked.
