Very disappointing. Could have done a better job myself and in fact, I had to fix it up when I got home. The water was so cold then she burnt my foot with scalding water. Should have left then.My nails were cut so short on two toes they hurt to walk. Should have left.My heals feel like a cheese grader after her handy work.Bottom line it's my own fault for not following my gut and leaving.This is the first time in my life I wanted to NOT leave a tip. Couldn't bring myself to do it but should have.Save yourself and do ANYWHERE else.

Very lovely place to get nails done, they tidied up my cuticles painlessly and efficiently. I had a lot of colours in the shellac design I chose, and the lady who did my nails was very accommodating and did her best to match the colours I wanted. My mom also got her nails done and she was very pleased with the results as well. The prices were fair as well, $30 for a manicure and shellac, and $5 to $10 more for a design (on September 2021). This is a smaller business place, it's not one of those places that charges you a lot to make up for their expensive renovations and designer interiors, so the inside is nothing fancy, but good enough if you're not picky about what the place looks like and only care about what your nails will look like. I'd definitely recommend Gloss Nails & Spa!

this is my second time coming here and they so such an amazing job! They are so welcoming and make you feel super comfortable. Everyone is so kind and I will definitely be coming back here!

This was our second time visiting this nail salon. The first time we were charged one price and the second time we were charged a lot more - 150% for exactly the same nails. Just like the other reviews, if you go here you must agree on a price before sitting down. They will make up a number and you can’t do anything about it. It’s disappointing because we thought we had found a nail salon that we could trust to do a good job and charge consistently for it. Won’t be back!

I hate to even leave a one star because I have been coming here for 7 years. I’ll start with the fact that I miss Helen and Summer but besides that the customer service has gone down hill and today I got my nails done and I hate them. I asked for square on natural nails shellac polish and they were filed way to short to the point where all the nails are different shapes. I had a crack on my nail that could be fixed with just cutting it down but instead I was charged $5 extra to “fix” the nail. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back again and I hope you all are able to resolve the issues that have been currently happening.

Worst nail salon ever they removed my bio gel nails using drill, they should’ve used the acetone and proper nail removing liquid but they didn’t also they’re so in hurry that they hurt my cuticles and nearby skin using the drill, they also damaged my nails and now they’re not growing also my skin under the nails is showing out and it hurts a lot. I would never go back again nor I would recommend to anyone.

Ladies were very nice and accommodating. Did a very thorough job on our pedicures and manicures. I got gel tips since my real nails were short and was really happy with the design they did, and they gave my mum the classic French she wanted on her natural nails.
