The elderly lady working in this shop basically chased us out of the store. It was 8 o clock and we were looking at shirts and she pulled one out of my daughters hands and put it back on the rack letting us know we can look but don’t touch because she had already folded them for the night (they closed in another hour). Very unfriendly and uninviting; she lost a sale.I see several others posting the same or similar reviews. Makes me wonder if she is the owner if she is still employed there. Would recommend not supporting a store like this; also prices are crazy (also several similar reviews stating this).

Has multiple products on display but won’t let me purchase due to “low stock”. Also doesn’t accept AMEX. Stuff is also overpriced. Better off going to the gift shops on Spadina for half the price.

Very expensive shop, they don’t accept returns (only exchange). You can find literally everything they sell for half price else where. Look up souvenir shops in toronto; there is a couple of them in Spadina and Dundas intersection. Was in a rush so I had to get something and the lady who worked there said our prices are very fair. Like i’m not a tourist my guy I know what fair price is.

Toronto downtown did not have much of gift shops or souvenir shops . I had to check google maps and found this place inside a mall. They had some souvenirs.. got magnets… this place was very expensive though. Hoodies costed 75 CAD or more ! Tshirts were 40 CAD s… didn’t buy them .. it was tough to find this shop though. Wish the directory was updated .. customer service was ok.

Overpriced for the same items sold in Niagara falls. We bought a box of icewine chocolate truffles of the brand Canada True, the sell price was 29.99 CAD before tax, and we got the same chocolates again at the tourist store in Niagara falls, and the sell price was only less 15.98 CAD before tax.The salesperson tried to convince us the authentic maple syrup in Germany,so we have to buy it there, and we asked for a paper bag, and she tried to convince us that using a paper bag is not more environmental than using a plastic bag. The lack of knowledge was shocking. I'll avoid this store next time.

This place is tops for selection. Hands down the very best selection of Canadian goods and souvenirs, I have seen anywhere! I didn't end up buying anything this day but I will go back. Prices are high, as they are in Eaton's center. Look at the pics I posted and see for yourself the quality of much of the merchandise. I found some very unique items.

Wide selection of Canadian Gifts and Souvenirs all beautifully presented! The staff were very friendly and helped me to choose great gifts to take home to my friends and family. A great experience. Definitely the best souvenir shop in the city - highly recommend !

Good selection but waaaay to expensive. Overpriced Souvenirs you can get anywhere else for a third of the price. I'd recommend this store as a last instance. Look elsewhere first. The salesperson was friendly though.
