Bought something a year ago from here and experienced really bad customer service

I purchased a couple of items, one was the knife. It ended being around $250(!) it is a tiny little pocket knife…. I found all the products VERY expensive and the fingerprint is not well done. Don’t waste your money.

I just received my flat heart pendant necklace today for my late dad and it’s absolutely beautiful. I will cherish it forever and wear it close to my heart ♥️ thank you Eternity’s Touch for this very special piece.

From a business stand point this company is always pleasant to deal with. They are very quick and efficient when it comes to completing orders and my clients have been very happy.

There is a no return policy on the jewelry you buy,within 3 weeks of purchase the etching on one of the pieces we purchased was worn off and they were aware that certain metals had this problem and didn't warn us,I regret ever purchasing products from them.I do not recommend buying anything from them.The customer service is terrible and they are very argumentative.We wish that we had never heard of them and we are disgusted and feel like we have been scammed.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !

We were looking for a way to keep our stillborn daughter close to us, and our funeral home recommended Eternity's Touch as they have worked with them before and have an account with them.The process to order was very easy and handled by my daughter's funeral home. We picked the pieces we wanted and provided images of her footprints that was then sent to Eternity's Touch. We had a couple of questions and they were quick to correspond over phone and email. Customer service was great!We live in NS and while this business is located in Ontario, the production and delivery of our two pieces was very quick. Our two pieces (a locket and a heart pendant) were sent to the funeral home within a week from the day we ordered.The size and quality of the jewlery is great, and each piece came in a box with a cloth for cleaning. I found that the engraving was very rough feeling for the first week or so, but after that it stopped catching on my clothes and now just feels like an imprint.So far I am very impressed. I'm so grateful for an opportunity to hold my daughter close to our hearts.

Just purchased an artisanal oval pendant with my late father’s signature and a picture frame for my brother. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service is amazing. My package arrived within 24 hours and when I saw the finished products, I could not be any happier. The authentic signature along with the fingerprint makes this the most meaningful piece of jewelry to me that I will forever cherish. Highly recommend!
