Love the products but I don’t think I will return to this location since I was made to feel ashamed for trying to do I return. I had been gifted candles for my birthday last April one of them just not to my liking was burned about 30% the other one I enjoyed the smell but was not strong enough burned about 50-60%. Since they were gifted I felt guilty about bringing them back but they ended up sitting around for months so finally I brought them in (Dec). Cashier was processing the return when someone I believed is named Sarah came over and said they are not honouring the satisfaction guarantee since I had “clearly enjoyed” the candle and was “just trying to get new ones”. I’m familiar with the policy since I am a former employee of the white oaks location. Her attitude towards a customer was so wrong and I felt so uncomfortable. Going forward I will tell family and friends not to gift me products from here so I don’t have to go through this again. ( My rating is based on my experience at this location not the products)

Stores layout is confusing.Sales were not clearly shown and deceiving. I walked out with nothing that day!

New larger store with horrible design, no actual line to pay, the annoying staff with just direct you wherever they want. Way too many people working. Staff makes up half the people in the store taking the already crowded areas.

Accommodating staff. Many items were on sale when we visited the shop. Price is reasonable.

I had an excellent customer service experience and got everything I needed. Actually I went back the next day to get more things I liked.

I'm obsessed with these candles and the staff makes it even harder to turn any down with their friendly personality. They make shopping a lot of fun

Whenever I go in the bath and body works at Masonville, I always get amazing service from Victoria! Victoria knows her stuff, she’s introduced me to some new and wonderful, smelling fragrances that I normally would never choose. It’s always a pleasure dealing with her when I go into the store. Bath and Body Works is really lucky to have Victoria!!!!

Always smell so delightful when you go there. Great variety of fragrances and products.
