Good prices, but be careful on which artist does your nails. The man made my toe bleed, the younger lady was okay but made the nails too short. However, when I had the chance to be with the older lady, she was absolutely fantastic. Wouldn’t recommend tho- it’s a gamble.

first experience here! made an appointment for regular mani/pedi online which was confirmed via email very quickly. However, my appointment was very disappointing. After 1.5 hrs of getting a pedicure, they didn’t even touch my hands. I told them twice about the nails and when I had to finally leave, they just kept saying “we didn’t know” — when I’d told them twice. I just moved to the neighborhood but not sure I’ll go back here :(

I got acrylics with gel and I had air bubbles under the nail polish, my thumb nail broke after two weeks, the gel began chipping at 2 weeks, and one of the acrylics was flattened so there’s a bump at the beginning. I gave two stars because at least the shape was nice.

Been there twice because it is close to home, NEVER coming back though.Pros: you can always walk-in, so good for urgent fix. Prices are ok. However, they accept only cash and debit, not credit card.Cons: everything else! Both time i did my nails here, they got bad in the corners on the very first week.The place is dirty overall, i have strong doubts they do proper cleaning of the utensils. The tables are just a mess!The work is always floppy (but have to note, VERY FAST, like removal, mani and new gel in 50 minutes only). Fast = very far from perfect, shape especially.The owner seems to be nice, the ladies - not that much. They are always discussing customers' nails in their native language (and literally laughed because i chose short nails!).Summing up, very unprofessional, go with caution!Can be ok if you really need something last minute, but think twice.

I asked the nail technician about 5 times not to grind my nails with the machine but she continued to grind them down. I had to pull my hand away for her to stop. It’s so crazy to have to pull out my wallet after and pay them for doing exactly what you didn’t want them to do.

From the moment I stepped in until the end of services, it was all amazing. Mrs Won is great and super professional. Her service is top notch!!! I was surprisingly pleased with everything. I recommend for sure. Specially because I arrived without appointment.

I had a pedicure there recently and was not impressed. I had gone a couple of times before the pandemic, and the service was much better. This time it seemed like the lady was in a hurry to finish, she didn't even spend 2 minutes applying exfoliant or moisturizer. She even started painting my nails before applying moisturizer. Instead of talking to me, she just poked my feet to tell me to change feet or move my feet. In a nutshell I would say they are not very friendly and don't seem to want to invest a lot of time in you. I'm definitely not coming back.

I’ve been going to various Spas around Montreal for the past 7 years and for Manicures and Pedicures, I find this one to be one of the very best, even when compared with more expensive “luxury” spas.In terms of nailwork, I value presicion, attention to detail and speediness and this Spa is able to deliver on all 3 at a very high level.Generally speaking, the managers also have a great work ethic and put customer needs first (a must-have in a service business in my view). For example, they remained open on a Sunday to accommodate the Holiday season rush from their clientele.Prices are good value for money.

I would say this place is pretty overpriced as they don’t include hot towels or massages in the service. However, they are quick. Both times I’ve gotten my manicure done here it looks okay, but not perfect. I had to go back for them to fix my nail art and the finish has some bumps. The nail tech wasn’t happy to fix them and had a lot of attitude towards me. I was polite and just feel I should have a perfect manicure for the $70 I paid. I’m still not completely happy with the set but it looks decent.
