FreshCo Bramalea City Centre

Grocery store close to bus terminal and city center. A lot of choices but the grocery store itself is quite congested. Lot of options for Asian cuisines.Prices are fair and range is good. Only complain is that it looks too congested inside.

I'll always remember FreshCo Bramalea as the first supermarket I shopped when I migrated to Canada.As expected, it offers variety of items in each category.The staff here are nice . Good customer service.

Why I am giving only one star, because of washroom. When they want to take a business from public, then they have to have to give the service to public. Washroom is quite much dirty. I wish I can post the picture can imagine your shoes stick well on dirty floor and toilet paper was all around floor. Very cheep in service

They had a lady in today with a tablet doing some kind of head office work. She fat shamed myself and my daughter. Telling my daughter chips are no good for you and saying you don't need them anyway. Then proceeded to follow us around the store. Saw my daughter waiting for me as I was picking up items and said loudly you sure do love the sugary treats do you! She was an older woman, chin length grating hair. Bangs, wearing glasses, a mustache with a black tablet. Totally unprofessional. 25 peel centre drive at approx 2pm.

Visited them yesterday…. I have no clue what has gone into all the staff …. I have been visiting the same place twice weekly for the past 10 yrs…… There is something chaotic about it now…..There was no price mentioned on many items… when I asked a couple of the staf members they just nodded their heads and walked away ( earlier they used to be super super friendly and extremely helpful…. They used to leave their work and come forward to help you things)….. … After I saw many items unlabelled, I went to the most senior lady….. and she replied…. You have to bring both the 10 lb weight sacs here to me and only then I can give you the price difference between the two….I was so shocked at her brainy customer service……. I can see that they are spending on printing new SCENE shirts and new SCENE FLYERS AND CARDS ETC ….. but if I will get this level of rude behaviour and difficult to purchase environment, I have many other options, just yards away from them…Following are the pics…. I am not bill gates, who might pick up things without knowing the prices….. and this is the country with 13% hst…..

The grocery store I recently visited was a great experience. The shelves were well-stocked with fresh produce, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and organized. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to shop.

We come here every week but today the lady at counter no. 6 at 5:30pm, she was rude. She took all our fruits out of polybag and put it over counter, I mean just take care of hygiene as you are putting fruits over the counter that could contain lot of germs.I felt very bad but didnt say anything to her as that argue may not mean a lot. I am posting this review just to request freshco to please please train the staff to take care of hygiene. And to these type of staff members, please respect these positions.

Terrible check out experience!There is a lineup at the cashiers everyday.There is no control as to who is in line first so people cut in front of you whenever they can and if they look similar in any way, they will take each other's side and you will not get to the cashier because of the time that was wasted by their b/s. These Unwanted confrontations that are easily avoidable.The express checkout line says 1-16 items yet people go into those lines anyway regardless of how many items they're checking out.This is the only store that has this type of experiences. Sobeys, longos, loblaws, No frills, food basics and even walmart are more organized at the checkout. I never have this experience anywhere else except for at this Freshco store.Needless to say I will not be going back and I caution others to go there at their own risk. Shopping in general, should not be stressful but this Freshco is the absolute worst place for you to go and do any grocery shopping. Go anywhere else, you'll be much better off!

Good store. Small, but got the job done. Not a very big selection. Essential name brands with the option of lower price Compliments brand. They promote Scene loyalty points program.
