Calvin is a great trainer. If you're new to lifting (any age, shape or size) you'll find him to be engaging and he'll help you to find the confidence to succeed with your goals. If you're an experienced lifter, Calvin has the expertise to dial in your technique and your program.

Calvin is great, he’s incredibly encouraging and will get you to push yourself all while making working out fun. You can tell he’s passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. It’s inspiring and I would highly recommend Calvin as a trainer.
