Staff was not very helpful on phone when my cat had already 1 stroke that left her to point of non-stop seizures after that. If they had pointed in direction to get help as we had issues with here medical record i would not have had to watch while I called around till we found someone that could help me put my poor cat down. I will never take my pets or recommend this clinic for help.

Excellent customer service, every time I call/visit I always feel like the staff are 100% dedicated to delivering the best service to their clients and their client’s humans! The cost is on the higher side but after a bad experience elsewhere, I’ll pay more to make sure my fur babies get the best care possible.

I accompanied a friend who had to unexpectedly say goodbye to her feline companion. The staff, especially the doctor, had amazing bed side manner.....they were compassionate, kind, patient, and understanding. Under the circumstances, their demeanor was greatly appreciated.The office is also large, bright and clean - it was my first time having been there before.

I brought my cat here after he had an unexpected injury to his tail and my usual vet was booked up for the week. Dr. Elizabeth Pask was one of (if not the most) professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate vets I’ve ever been to. I ended up at burgess just by chance but after such a positive experience I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

Upon arrival they request that you call their phone number to check in, there are 4 designated parking spots for you to park in that are very close to the front door.After you walk-in you are greeted by very friendly and patient staff.The facilities are very clean and well organised with lots of specialty products available to buy if your pet has specific dietary needs.They have labs for diagnosis and a comfortable place for your pet to stay overnight if required.They are quick and efficient at b what they do and have lots of staff working at anytime.I've been taking my dog there for years and will continue to do so in the future.If you are new to the area and are looking for a vet, stop looking and call today!

I can’t say enough about this Vet. They were so patient and kind. It’s easy to tell they care about the animals/people that come in. We felt heard and they took good care of our Saucy Sally. We had a previous negative experience at another Vet, so we decided to come here after a family member shared what an amazing experience they had.So grateful for their help! This will be our Vet from now on! ❤️

We found Burgess clinic 3 years ago through word of mouth when my husband told a co-worker how much spaying our dog was going to be at another local vet.When I called for a price, it was less than half the other vet and all of the things that were extra there were included in the much lower cost.From the staff at the front desk, to the vets and quality of care... Everything was superior except the price.Pookie is happy and comfortable going for care. I would (& have) recommend them to anyone. Don't let the very reasonable prices fool you, the care is first class
