They messed up my order real bad, no Onions means no onions... allergy for one and was mentioned... you can't just pick them off but that was the suggestion.... disappointed as this location is usually really good.

The staff has improved since I was last there a couple of years ago. One lady in particular deserves recognition. She was very friendly and welcoming to everyone. She was like an excellent hostess welcoming guests into her own home. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she is a great asset to this restaurant.

I've gone here a few times now and disappointed each time. Most recent 2 trips:Last time cold burger and cold onion rings- Im talking cooler than luke warm- sitting under a heat lamp too long. Passed it off as I went on an off time from the lunch/supper rush.Tonight had Whopper Wednesday. Fries were very hot and fresh but the Whopper was dry and cold, not enough mayo/ketchup and currently wondering if I have food poisoning as I can't leave the bathroom. My husband also having the same stomach issues.I appreciate fast food -loke it was in the bag and handed to us as we pulled up...but this is pushing it. Fresh and hot and waiting a few minutes is much better received and appreciated than food poisoning for your boredom assembly line/ overproduction to save a dollar's loss.I won't be back unless they change big time.. and since they've had a couple chances I'll pass.

I bought a small coffee on January 29 and I found the taste very weird. When I finished it, I opened the cup and found lots of little black pieces of something I can’t identify, I know it’s not coffee ground, it actually looks like burnt plastic or rust. You should be more concerned about the products you sell, because I can handle a bad stomach ache, but a child or a senior could have gotten worse health issues because of that.

Quick service, drive-thru is always busy but the restaurant itself I have never seen too busy. I always order online and just walk-in to pickup.

have yet to have a decent experience here, either my order is wrong or the food is cold. I just left the drive thru for a chocolate milkshake, and they handed me a vanilla one with caramel on the bottom, saying to just “stir it, it’s chocolate” it’s just getting sad.

The worst burger King ever!! Burger King is my #1 for burgers, but will never go back to this one. Went to the counter, no one else in line , girl completely ignored me ,filling drive thru orders with other girl. 2 of them doing drive thru, no one working counter. Finally she says are you waiting for something... Yes,I'd like to order, she turns and waits in this woman that came in after me. I said wait, your serving her first? She came after me. Oh I'll be with you in a minute... Don't bother,I won't be back..

We don't usually go to BK so I wasn't sure about kids meals etc. Staff was so helpful, patient and friendly. Made for a very pleasant visit!We will definitely come back when we're in Fredericton again :)

I was about to leave a five star review, something I typically don’t do for fast food, because the service was fast, there was ketchup in the bag, the fries were hot and positioned for easy removal while driving. But the reason why they didn’t get a five star is because my order was wrong, and I likely paid for it. I ordered the whopper deal with cheese. What I got was an overpriced whopper deal. It’s so easy to slap a piece of cheese on a premade burger And yet somehow it was overlooked. So the justice in this, is that I overlooked giving a five star, and gave them a three star because that’s what they deserve.

Avoid this location. They get the order wrong every time or find some way to scrimp or leave off the correct toppings. The fries today had obviously been cooked, left out, and recooked. You have to repeat the order several times and then they just stay silent leaving you to wonder if they had understood the order.I was less impressed with my Angry Whopper than a $2 McDouble from McDonald’s.
