i came here many times to have my IV bag and tubing changed for my Picc line. Almost every day for 6 weeks. They were always nice and reassuring to me during a very difficult time in my life.

I wanted to give recognition to a PSW in the Brampton area by the name of Claudine!! She deserves recognition…she is amazing at her job!! She actually does her job!! She is the nicest lady and is very patient and kind to my 82 year old mother who has dementia&cancer! My mother feels safe & likes conversating with her. She never rushes my mother…like other PSW’s have and starts getting frustrated and start retching on my mothers arms cuz she is not standing fast enough or repeating stand up a thousand times like others have. And she does a throughly job on personal care. Claudine doesn’t rush the job ever..whether it’s showering my mother or just sponge bathing her. A couple of the PSW’s literally have been here for 10 mins max and rush the sponge bath and don’t even put anything away(clothes in hamper, sponge bath bowls under sink etc) Claudine always puts my mothers clothes in the hamper &takes out the garbage. And let me not forget to mention She always comes at the same time every evening, it’s never a guessing game like other PSWs. The biggest thing of all that my mom enjoys the most is once Claudine is done with my mother’s care she sits with my mom &conversates with her& asks how she is doing&feeling!! Claudine I hope you read this..your a amazing PSW and Spectrum is lucky to have you!! I hope you nothing but the best because it’s not easy job being a PSW and want to give you the BIGGEST THANK YOU for the care you give to my mother!! You deserve a raise $ if I was rich I would pay you myself!!

This company should not be in health care. Their customer service is the worst by far. Not only you are suffering medically, but you suffer trying to reach this company and their staff. Most of their nurses are not well trained, careless, and have no sense of medical care. I am only hoping LHIN will work with another company. We understand the shortage of nurses but patient care should not be affected due to this. My mother, suffered due these nurses, they sent us an unprofessional nurse, they put us on hold and transfer us from one person to another without letting us know what is happening, you can hear children voices in the background. Very unprofessional. WORST COMPANY EVER !!

This Company Spectrum just a name. They don't listen to their clients. PSW just work the way which suits them. some day they come 2 hrs early and some day 2 hrs late what a schedule clients requested.When They (PSW) come they don't even clean if client drip some water in washroom. Client can slip and broke their hip, arm, leg OR any part of their body.My mom is 90 years old and don't speak English. I requested so many time please give us a permanent PSW. But no one listen us and every day comes new person, who don't know anything about her and we have to explain every thing and next day every thing to new one. Someday nobody show or call.Bottom line client is loser in this.

Absolutely terrible. In all aspects. Plus I haven't had 1 client that had anything good to say about them. That alone should say something

I had the best experience at Spectrum Health Care. It begin with Carmen at the front desk who called to help coordinate my visit. She was so helpful making sure my medicine for my IV arrived in time for my visit. Within 15 minutes of it being delivered to my door she was calling me as she knew it was delivered. Carmen quickly scheduled my appointment and we made our way to the clinic.Nurse Agnew was helping with administering my antibiotic and teaching me how to do it at home. She explained it all so thoroughly and in detail so that I was very comfortable doing this at home. It really appears fool proof the way the medicine is now delivered for at home use.I highly recommend you using Spectrum services for your medical needs as they are extremely knowledgeable and really care about giving you the best experience they can.Thank you again Carmen and Agnew for a 5 star visit!

4 days agoHi, I’m living in Chronic pains 2011 First spine surgery 2014 then February 9 2021 another surgery February 2022 all 3 surgeries gone failure hopefully soon I am waiting stimulator surgery in lower back if goes well neurosurgeon expected 30% to 60% brain don’t get messages for painI’m getting PSW service from Spectrum’since 2017 only one PSW had.till January 27 2023. Now they offered per day different persons, regular PSW gives better service because she get understand patients needs, and part times PSW doesn’t give a dam to patient in past I had big problems until I got Carmen. Even when Carmen was off I got part time PSW we had big problems and they left from our home less then 5 minutes both employees having totally different thoughts plus patient have to tell them what we need to do they start lots of arguments they new tomorrow will be different patient.My new Psychiatrist doctor diagnosed me after 3 years, i asked send me same person saying she works north of HWY 7 I’m living 5 minutes from hwy 7. if I was paying from my pocket their behaviours could be & must be lot better.In CANADA coming lots of internationals young boys & girls for higher education I would say Spectrum should hire them for some hours in week and see their manners with living in different different deceases specially their sweet talk most patients get good time now a days Custmor Service getting better I spent in sales 30 years.Due to my health issues almost 10 years I’m on bed, I am living mostly mently upset, then I started meditations as well watches my 2 mother land news Canada and India and worlds news too.Channel says I can’t get same PSW on this address I said pls speak with your managers they may comes up with better solutions or help me to get me good PSW spent full time employeesLater Channel told LHIN supervisor totally opposite, she left me message I can’t get same employee. Why both of them playing with my livings I’m living with Wife and Young son.I’m not getting PSW almost 3 weeks Company loosing revenue and I’m suffering too.

I've been going to spectrum Mississauga for over 6 weeks now for my wound change, I've had a wonderful experience with them, they are very friendly, they talk to me with respect, and they are very knowledgeable staff. Thanks to all the staff for the good job they doing, They are really ANGELS.

I have worst experience with spectrum health care HR team. HR people are super rude in spectrum. I got placement through My college with spectrum for PSW. I got a preceptor for placement who lives 45 minutes far away from my house. I adjusted myself for dropping me off and picking me up even I don’t have car. I just has to stay with preceptor while she has to give care to clients. Suddenly Preceptor called me and said she can’t help me for training because of her personal problems. Today when I called spectrum, one lady was super rude and didn’t even listen to me properly. She said preceptor is not your driver, you have to have your car and driving which made very upset. She did not even asked me that if I had talk to someone about it or not.I don’t know how these kind of rude manners people are driving your company.I have talked this rude lady today at 1:51 pm which is Feb 27,2023 if you want inquire.

Hate this company, hated working for it, most of the coordinators are nice but supervisors are terrible do not know how to talk to their employees just their mannerisms are so terrible they can't even answer calls with a basic hi how are you or even a thank you when you take on a shift or return their calls. Even patients have difficulty working with the spectrum supervisors and then complain to PSW's and get frustrated with us over supervisors not returning their calls, or their visits not being filled, and we never get appreciated for the work we did or the things we hear from patients. I understand how difficult healthcare can be in terms of shortages and staff not being able to cover certain shifts and our mental health gets even more affected when the people above us can't even approach us with basic mannerisms or respect. Avoid this place at all costs.
