Wed March 22, 2022 - 5:10PMI entered the store to find the worker slouched in his chair. He was annoyed at me for waking up his nap.When I asked him to help me with my billing issues...he started grinning.He tapped on his keyboard a few times, and with that same grin, told me it's not available.Obviously, I did not believe him...but frankly, I prefer he not have access to my Credit Card info anyways.Quite the joke this is...I will stop by the Freedom branch and post a positive review if they are professional.

Thank you Khyati! After multiple attempts trying to upgrade my phone online, and receiving error messages I decided to stop by. Khyati was extremely helpful getting me my new phone, and even went one step further getting me a better phone plan. Stopped by on my lunch, and was in and out in a very short period of time. Was very pleased with all her help. Thanks again!

Very disappointed, as they gave me a wrong information that the screen protector has life time warranty. But I mine was broken recently and they refused to take it and says that if it's broken, no warranty is covered for that! What kind of warranty we would need for a screen protector then? The store manager is not a customer friendly person, spoke to him about another issues over the phone but he is a rude guy, not polite or soft to the customer. Freedom company is good, but very bad service from their stores in Cambridge, nothing much to say!

Wireless service is horrible cell service randomly goes out for hours, I was also lied to as they had a promotion printed out and tapped to the window, 7GB for $35/ month signed up for it and on my first bill it says I have 3 GB, but good luck using 3GB since the service is slow.

This guy claimed he could unlock my phone when he signed me up, which was 100 dollars. Didn't work and refused to give my money back so I called wind and there was nothing they could do to recover my money because he was a private dealer. Total scum bags work here don't buy a single thing from these people. Would give zero stars if possible

I went in with a friend who purchased a phone outrite cause he didnt have picture ld yet has a plan with them he pays monthly rep. Said go home activate on line witch he was unable to do they then told him to go to Cambridge Ctr to p/u his case and plastic 4the glass and activation the next day thats only the half of it

I've been with them for years. If you are mostly within their coverage area, they're great. Spotty coverage in rural areas, but that doesn't bother me.

Had very good service from Karan at the Elgin Street location. He was very polite and walked me through everything. I was at a provider where I was paying double what I will be paying with Freedom. So glad I made the switch! Would definitely recommend visiting Karan at the Elgin Street location if your unhappy with your current phone service :)
