Excellent customer service from the sales to the managers. Barry did everything he could to help me find something that suit me and worked on getting me the best deal they could. Pauline is so friendly and helpful and worked very patiently with me to work out a deal. Madison is a great manager helped me out immensely when she didn’t have to. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing from this location and working with this team to get you a great vehicle

Fantastic dealership! Everyone is very helpful and we got the car we wanted MONTHS before we thought we would in the colour and trim we wanted. After-sales service support is also excellent! Can't recommend them enough.

There were some issues trying to determining the reason for the check engine light" however the service Manager

This is a fabulous dealership! In particular, I continue to bring my QX60 (and previouly my Q50) here for service even though there is a much closer Infiniti dealer to my home. From the personal service, to not trying to upsell services, to always providing a loaner vehicle, and the exceptional level of customer service - I will continue to make the drive to this dealer for service. In particular, Rachael R. in service is the best!

I don’t recommend this dealership at all 1 star is too much for them, no body wants to work, I called last week to ask about a used car the sales person gave me the wrong information about the car, I asked several times to send me pictures and asked him to text me his number and there was no response, then I called again to speak to another person they sent me the pictures and turned out to be a totally different Color then what the other person had told me, the price is different from what they had told me on the phone when I came in. I booked an appointment to go test drive to see the car I waited more than 25 minutes to go and still didn’t go test drive. when I came in the car was very dirty inside out. When I asked the sales why the car is dirty he said they don’t wash until the customer buys the car. Barry wasn’t friendly at all. He seems like he doesn’t want to work. I never put any bad recommendations for anyone but they made me out because of how bad the whole experience was.

Do not recommend dealing with Barry. Forced the $495 plus security plan on my purchase. Later reimbursed to remove my bad review (partial reimbursed, didn’t give me back the taxes. But I had to come back to leave a review in hopes someone else won’t have to deal with that.

Bought a vehicle in August. Service is mediocre. There’s no follow up and you’re more or less a pain in their side trying to get any answers after the fact. At my first oil change the tech said my 2 front tires were toast. By November 17, none of the 4 tires past mechanical and all needed to be discarded. If tires were that close to the finish line I should have been advised…after all this is supposed to be a luxury dealership. Marks that were promised to be removed by pick up were not and I was given touch up paint to do it myself. Nobody around on day of pick up to really explain the features of the vehicle. On initial visit I was quoted a much higher price for my trade in, then by the end of the day, once committed to buying the new one and super tired after being there all day they came back with a value of 3k less on my trade in. They really sell you on all kinds of add on’s including rust device when I found out afterward that yearly undercoating was much more effective. I may consider going back in the future if it worked out that way, but there was nothing about the service that would keep me loyal to this dealership. Make sure you’re asking lots of questions especially when buying used, take time to really think if you need the add on’s and do your research.
