I was very happy with our pellet stove from customer service to having our stove installed and after we needed help with the bugs mostly our fault they were here so very fast .I would highly recommend this company.

Bert did a stove inspection for insurance purposes. Very easy to work with and reasonable priced. He also fixed the stove door seal and handle, again very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors. Lakeshore area.

Bert was excellent. He worked with me after hours on the phone in the evening to pick out a stove. He delivered it at no charge . His price was hundreds less than all MB competitors.He has dropped off parts at our home for our old stove with no delivery charge. He sounds gruff on the phone but really isn’t. It’s just how he talks. He’s a serious guy.That’s Bert.

Our experience was excellent. While Bert is a rough-and-ready owner/operator, he does great work, cares about customer satisfaction, and takes pride in his installations. As the owner/operator, he isn't able to be at the showroom all the time, I have never had any issues making contact with him, and getting good service.
