Les Centres Masliah are very client oriented. Three members of my family are hearing impaired and all are served by them and we are all known by our first names and treated as much as friends as clients. They are willing and ready to suggest modifications or additions to our use of auditory accessories but are never pushy or attempting to profit beyond what is necessary for satisfactory hearing. Highly recommend them.

Well deserved 5 star rating for this organization. Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Annie Ruel who always demonstrates her competency, empathy and professionalism at each visit. Also exceptional service was given by Ms. Arielle Sonego over the past 4 years. She will be sorely missed. Special thanks to the gentleman from your Cote de Neiges branch who took care of my husband, Wayne Johns, on March 17th, 2021. Would highly recommend this establishment and we are very grateful for the excellent service.
