Jacey and her husband were professional, accommodating, and always great to deal with. I planned on living at Kingston Manor for a few months while I built a new house but it ended up being two years!! Thank you both for providing me with a clean and safe suite that was convenient and close to downtown!!

If I could give Kingston Manor a 5+ star rating I would. I was at a major transition period in my life and was fortunate to come across Kingston Manor short term rental. From my initial conversation with landlord Jacey, I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy she displayed. She facilitated me moving in mid-month but more than that, it was the patience and kindness she displayed in the ensuing few weeks that most impressed me as I tried to figure out my next steps.I really can't emphasize enough how meaningful this was and this personal touch won't soon be forgotten. As for the suite itself, it was bright with all the amenities needed to just move in with suitcase in hand. The bed and bedding was very comfortable (I need a firmer mattress and this was perfect) and the location is ideal - 5 minutes to the inner harbour, 10 minutes to all shops needed and 15 minutes to what has to be one of the best ocean walks in Victoria. Wi-fi was also extremely fast if working from home. I also felt the rent was very reasonable given the overall rental prices in Victoria, especially furnished. I can say with 100% conviction that this could also prove to be a great long term rental or if simply looking for a place to holiday for a month or two (especially if you're looking for something closer to home as we continue to ride out the COVID pandemic), a great option at a fraction of the price you would pay at a hotel. Should I return to Victoria, this will no doubt be my place to stay and at the very least, a place where I can hopefully spend my summers!.
