Service is so slow. We stopped through there twice last summer and it takes forever to get your order. first time was on a long weekend, and I get it can be very busy, but twice in two weekends.. Need to up their staffing levels.

So far the worst BK I’ve been to. Been waiting almost 10 minutes to order…they need more people working and now multiple customers are asking about their order if it’s going to be ready yet and you told me ten minutes ago that it was going to be five minutes… that’s it I’m OUT and I love my BK

The male employee in the morning prepared my croissants with sausage and cheese, and threw them in the microwave for 2 mins. with the paper wrap, they came out burning hot, with the croissants ruined no longer fresh, sticking to the patties and cheese almost melted. The cheese melted all over the wrap, and the patties didnt taste good anymore. I used to work at burger king, and I used to put hamburger buns on a conveyor that heated the buns maintaining their fluffiness and freshness, never did i put a bun in the microwave let alone put the whole prepared hamburger with the paper wrap in the microwave. I could not finish it, it tasted bad. I'm staying away from this place from now on.

I got lunch on September 29, got Whopper combo and it was awful!Burger was over cooked and they put instead of Whopper souse a lot of ketchup.This location is always really bad!!!Don’t recommend to anyone!

Very hit and miss. I go be here once a week, every Friday at about the same time. Sometimes the drive through has been closed completely. I went inside. I am told by the gentleman behind the counter that it is so some employees can take a break.Other times, like tonight, I waited 10 minutes until they took my order. Sometimes they do a good job. Nothing reliably so though.

The breakfast is terrible here. The sausage I've gotten a few times looked like it was 3 days old. Plus they threw it in the microwave probably cause it was old food. Gross. Never will I go here again.

We were heading out of town to go on a camping trip. We were very excited and in a great mood. We had a car full of people and let the drive through lady know we were a big order and apologized. She sounded annoyed through the whole process but alas we get to the window and she’s still a ball of sunshine. My husband asked for ketchup and she says “always” like we were stupid for asking. We had our tent trailer attached to our car and had to park out front. She refused to come to us and stood their until we walked over to her. All fine. Then we get on the highway and discover one of our fries is missing. Again not the end of the world. What upset us the most was she totally lacked customer service and obviously was having a bad day. I gave it a 3 because the food was good. Hopefully whatever was upsetting her gets resolved. I’ve been in customer service most of my life and can’t imagine being that miserable to one.
