I bought a brand new pallet jack with scale. It was defective at the beginning. After 1 day struggling with that, I found the issue. I returned that to them. The owner's behavior was very unprofessional. He was shouting at me get out of here ". He wanted to deduct +300 bucks as labor cost to repair that defect. Although
