The optometrist is absolutely phenomenal and very thorough with the appointments. The most pleasant experience you will ever encounter to be honest. The entire staff is great but I especially appreciated Madison saving me the trouble to contact my insurance company on my behalf to submit my claim today. Thanks for going the extra mile! Much appreciated! ☺️

They said my son needed glasses and when I took him to ophthalmologist for a second opinion I was told no he doesn’t require glasses. Same thing with me. The optometrist said I needed glasses and another one said I didn’t when I went to another location. The optometrists here just want to put you in glasses since this is where they make the $$. Avoid this place.

Although there was some confusion with my initial appointment, the office manager, optometrist and assistant optician more than compensated for the oversight. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to this location since their opening and before that in the Semiahmoo mall. I have always been satisfied. A few years ago after ordering new glasses, I was having troubles seeing. They rechecked the prescription and replaced the lenses. No change. I was told it’s just the way it is. Years later I order new glasses again and had my eyes checked with a new doctor. This time my eyes are perfect and I can read signs like I used to. However, they would not help me out to replace lenses on $1000 sunglasses I bought just 4 months ago. I’m now living with two different prescriptions due to their misdiagnosis. It’s unfortunate that customers can be loyal but with out loyalty in return. Unfortunately, I can’t go back or recommend.

Front desk staff very helpful!I realized last minute that I was completely out of my daily lenses this morning and they had a few pairs ready to go at no charge to help me get by until my exam next week!Excellent customer service :)

I always feel so welcomed at Iris Eyes Optometrist in Grandview Heights area. Dr Kooner is wonderful, the reception is very helpful and the office is bright andcomfortable. I have been with Iris Eyes for years and would highly recommend them.

Compliments to Optician Karima Ritouni at Grandview Corners Iris Vision today as I had a contact lens I couldn't take out. I had to sleep with it as it just wouldn't budge and of course on a Sunday not too many places open. Iris Grandview to the rescue. Karima was excellent and treated me with great care. Thank you
