I recently had a fireplace installed by Fireaway. From start to finish this was an excellent place to deal with, the sales staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The guys who did the installation were on time and professional. I am very happy with both the product and the service I received from Fireaway!

Nick and his team recently installed a new furnace at our home. Everything went exactly as he promised. We had an exceptional experience. Very happy with the service. Highly recommmended. We love the furnace. We wont go anywhere else.

I had a linear fireplace installed today and our old gas fireplace removed. The guys that were here were courteous and considerate of the dust they would create and had their industrial vacuum working all the time to reduce the issue of dust. I highly recommend this company and would like to indorse them as they are great to deal with. Nicholas is a great and considerate person and responds to you your requests immediately. They have all the trades to complete a job instead of having to hire individually.Great front office staff as well. Thank you to all that have worked on this remodel.

Excellent experience. Installers were very efficient and professional. Nick and his crew, installed a Valor fire place and framed a mantel extremely accurately. Fire away went above and beyond our expectations. We are very happy with our purchase of our new fireplace. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. My wife and I would highly recommend this company!!!!

What an amazing company. The customer service was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that will help guide and educate you on making the best choice for your home.We have purchased 2 fire places from nick and no other company was even close in price for our propane fire place and wood insert. Professional installation and great quality.We had a small issue with our door handle that had seized. Nike and his team took care of it and we couldn't be happier.Highly recommend Fire Away

Added a natural gas bbq and fireplace for a new outdoor deck. Went to the store and received great information on all the features. We picked the Napoleon Prestige BBQ and fireplace. Prices for the products were comparable to their competitors. The difference was in the other costs such as setup, delivery, etc.When delivered our deck was not ready. They without hesitation offered to return in a few days. We ended up putting the units in our garage for 2 days.We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service.We definitely recommend this businessRick and Brenda

I bought a fireplace insert in February 2019 and after it was installed I did not think it was as aesthetically pleasing as in the showroom and the picture in the company’s brochure. So, I went to the store and spoke to someone about it. The owner came to my home with additional rocks and decorative sand and I believe he adjusted the positioning of the logs and it made a huge difference! Excellent customer service with a great showroom to see a large number of options. I highly recommend this place.

We reached out to Fire Away a few months back and from the time Nick came out and met with us to the install the service has been great. Our install was a little nerve wracking as we were replacing and existing fireplace that had been sealed off.Nick put our mind at ease. He came out and did an assessment and provided us a quote. We called Nick back after getting the quote to make sure that there would be minimal issues and Nick came back out and looked again and gave us the reassurance.When reviewing the quote we thought the fireplace insert might be to small so we went in to the shop and the lady working there was fantastic. She walked us through the store and showed us the exact model we were getting and spent the time with us.Install day came and the two gentlemen that came were exactly that. They did a great job and were very professional. It ended up being an all day job but we are thrilled so far with the service.
