Had a fantastic experience buying a lens here. I was in the middle of trying to upgrade my equipment on a budget and had a few questions about some used lenses they were selling online. I would really like to thank Pierre for his help and all the time he took to answer my questions and help me out. I ended up ordering the lens and it arrived later in fantastic condition - I couldn't be happier!

Very disappointed with the experience. I and my husband came here to take document pictures. The girl at the counter was unwelcoming and indifferent. She couldn't answer basic questions and kept relating them the some other guy. We asked for a mirror and were shown a tiny dull mirror in a weird place. The girl didn't even offer to show us our pictures until we asked about it. She kept making absurd statements about my choice of hairstyle. The result was pathetic. Ghastly greyish skin shade, faces looking swollen, lightning emphasis every wrinkle and blemish... I expected a professional photo studio would know how to work with light and color... I was so upset that we decided to go to a Shoppers Drug Mart right after. There a guy stopped loading shelves to take our pictures in a far away corner. He was attentive and supportive. Pictures turned out much better.

I'm an advertising and marketing filmmaker and photographer working on both sides of the border. I don't generally need machine prints from a camera store, but yesterday my partner went to the Bank Street Henry's for a couple of prints from an archival image made in the 1960's. The young woman helping her was absolutely great, both on the technical side, and in terms of warm customer relations. I generally purchase from B&H and Vistek, but Henry's will now get more of our business, if this transaction is any indication of their level of service. Thanks, Henry's!

Henry's is a great place to do all your photography stuff. They sell every kind of camera from professional mirrorless to disposable wedding cameras. They sell photography accessories and geat too: lighting equipment, carriers, bags, memory cards. They have all manner of photo printing services. Their staff are great. Knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to this location a few weeks ago to get copies of an old print. The people there were friendly and helpful - and the woman who ended up helping me was absolutely lovely! She was so helpful, so knowledgable, and helped guide me towards the perfect option. I highly recommend this place!

Seems to be focused on Canon products these days. I didn't find much of anything useful for my Nikon or Fuji gear. Also seems emptier, not as many people to help behind the counter. However the people who are there were as helpful as always and there was someone knowledgeable about photography on hand.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, able to clean the mirrors in my camera with out sending it for repair and at no cost. Did have the photo slide scanner I was looking for. Still a supply chain issue. However thank you for all your help. See you soon.

Excellent experience. Bought a tripod here, and the person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. He, Charlie, was a great representative of the store. He provided me the information I needed, and was resourceful without being pushy. I felt unpressured during the whole time, and I walked away very satisfied with my purchase. The store premises were clean and spacious as well, so the entire experience was highly positive. Highly recommend you shop here for your photographic needs.

A place where I like to print my pictures, quick and easy and with an affordable price. I love the options of the frames they have. The staff is very kind and they help you and guide you if you are buying or printing something. :)

No stock (Lumix, Olympus). Used camera labelled wrong. Used camera and associated box don't match. Ended up buying at Gosselin in Montreal.
