Awesome people, they managed to get my formal coat pant suit in under a short time notice. Loved the quality of my coat pant and customer service was also great. Me and my family have been buying from here for a very long time and they never fail to impress.

the lady who works in the store was very helpful and pleasant Was not pushy at all Made feel very welcome in the store With this I was very happy with my visit and bought more than if she was pushy she even remembered me from months ago highly recommend this store

Love the jewelry they have but really bad customer service experience. DO NOT GET ANYTHING STITCHED FROM HERE. It’s all garbage. The lady up front is super sweet but she will never accept her fault and keep blaming the customer. I am definitely never going back again and have donated the kurti I got stitched from them.I had given them a Kurti to stitch on June 15th and was told that I can pick it up on June 25th. I did a follow up call on July 6th regarding my Kurti and was asked by the lady up front “Did you give your measurement?” ( which she has taken herself on June 15th). She later told me she will call me back as she is with a customer and as usual I never got a call back. Finally on July 20th, I went to tell her that I do not need it (even though I had paid for it!). The lady told me that it was my fault since I didn’t call them back and the Kurti was ready. It is the worst Kurti I have ever seen.1) It is not my measurement.2) They did completely opposite of what I told them to do and then kept giving excuses on how it looks better.3) it is unevenly stitched.

They treat you so bad. I’ve been here 3 times. 2 times they treated me so bad I never bought anything. One time the customer service was alright so I ended up purchasing what I liked. I only left after feeling disrespected. Maybe YouTube some videos on customer service to help better your skills because whoever was working today, and the first time I was here, just come across as mean. I bought two suits the time I was in before and would’ve done the same today, really wanted to. But they couldn’t even be bothered to help me. Not on their own and not when I asked.
