Had them move all my items into Manitoba. Utterly destroyed my television and several of my other items. Allowed their employees to use my personal vehicle as their truck broke down on my front lawn, when my vehicle was returned at my new address, the battery had been frozen to the point of cracking and leaking. Employees smoked in my personal vehicle as well, as I found cigarette butts and ashes all over. Would not recommend, I moved 5000km in a U-Haul with less damage to my items than these professionals". Get some friends to help you pack and save some serious headaches and coin."

They damaged the property they moved me from and the property they moved me into. Over $2,000 damage done to my new house. They damaged all my major appliances and other items. Its been over 2 months since they moved me and still they are not willing to pay for the damages done to my appliances. They offered 500 dollars for my washer and dryer that no longer function because of their movers

Looks like someone in your company sees these reviews so I’m posting my experience here. It was not a good one with your Winnipeg staff. There were 4 movers who loaded our small 2 bedroom town house and managed to damage our beautiful and perfectly maintained furniture and appliances. Then they had the gall to claim all the damage was done from a previous move. He even noted nonexistent marks, dents, scratches, soil levels for all of our furniture and appliances on the conditions sheet - for which I assume is to cover their butt. I ended up showing the receipts and previous pictures of the appliances to the team leader… only then he changed his tone. When I arrived at destination, the Colorado Springs team was such a difference! They only had two people to move our stuff in and they did not damage a single thing. I ordered lunch for them, and gave them a great tip. How can there be such a difference in quality of movers between two locations? Especially when you (Winnipeg) had more people? You definitely proved more people is not better and you had lousy staff. I raised these concerns to my move coordinator and the claims team; they did not acknowledge the core issues I experienced. My settlement was even reduced to a measly 300$... which just adds insult to the whole situation. My advice to anyone considering United Winnipeg is to avoid. If your company is on contract then you would have no choice. Please do yourself a favour: take pictures ahead of the move, if things don’t look right don’t sign anything, claim all the damage and hopefully you have a better experience than me.

They moved my furniture from 3 provinces away. Broke a few items on the move over, one being a large TV priced at over $1000.They packed everything, very poorly, into a small moving container, with no regards to the how anything was placed.When I received the reimbursement, it wasn't even remotely close to the value of the items destroyed.

Not bad ,,workers are nice

Was told my dishwasher would be delivered between a certain hour , I rescheduled meetings and business I had to wait for it never to show up ..... was told I could come pick it up then they called my wife and said they would deliver it personally. ( THIS IS THE BRANDON MB location by the way ) so I headed back home to wait .... hour goes by I call asking where it is to have the front office lady giggle and say we said nothing of the sort ...you want it come get it if it's that important to you ...( im irate by this time ) . I show up saying where my dishwasher and Mike the manager gets right in my face saying hes not loading anything and if he wants he'll just keep it ... I turned grabbed MY already paid for and paid for deliver dishwasher ... the manager Mike grabbed me by the arm , and told him if he touches me again he'll regret it ....so he calls the police saying I stole my own dishwasher .....homedepo , LG canada and the police are all aware of what happened and even the homedepo people said that were rudely talked too ..... ... .. these people have no regard for anything

Canada Moving recently handled my move from Winnipeg to Campbell River, BC The team in Wpg were a hard working crew who handled the loading very efficiently and seemed to enjoy their workThe reason for the 4 stars is that it did take longer than expected to arrive (although it was within the time line given) and I wasn't as thrilled with the fellows who unloaded in Campbell River - I felt more like an intrusion on their time as opposed to a paying customer. The office staff in CR however were lovely.
