C&S is one of our go to tile companies. They keep up with current tile trends and they have good stock levels. We always know we will get a quality product and it will arrive in a very reasonable amount of time. Their order desk is reliable and our rep (Bayne Harnett) is absolutely wonderful. Renovating my house recently, I went to almost every slab suppliers in town to source the stones, I am very impressed about the wide selections and high quality that Margranite offers. In the end, I chose an exotic quartzite for the kitchen; a French black/white marble for the vanities and bookmatched porcelain slabs for my fireplaces. Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly! Recommend!

I recently bought some Italian marble like porcelain tiles from C& S tiles. Andi who helped me with the selection is very knowledgeable, patient and great to work with. She helped me to pick a wonderful marble look alike tiles. The tiles are of very high quality and very reasonable priced. Their showroom is beautiful. I highly recommend this store.

My wife and I are redoing our ensuite and went looking for tiles. We went to several tile shops, and C&S had the best sales associate by far. She was great at listening to understand what we were looking for, and then providing us with multiple options that fit our criteria.After we left, my wife actually pointed out to me that she thought the service there seemed way better than at the other stores, something that's pretty unusual for her to say.

Very well informed, helpful and honest staff. I found the perfect counter top here. Dorothy is a fountain of knowledge, very good sales rep, go see her!! They gave me a list of recommended stone fabricators which was very helpful.

I will be giving C&S Tiles a one star review because of their return policy. I had purchased 23 tiles from them and they had to open another box to complete my order. The next day when I went to go return the tiles they said they don't do returns on opened packages, when they were the ones that opened it and gave me the product. I am very frustrated because they should of made this clear when I was making this purchase.

I cannot believe this place can get any business with their arrogant sales people, poor customer service, and absolutely no transparency in prices. We were thinking about bigger size of tiles, price is not shown. the sales girl just sat behind the counter, not willing to move despite we asked for help. Called the representative, never got back to us regarding price. Please, save your money and go somewhere else.

Jana at C&S Tile was extremely accommodating in helping us find the right tile for our recent bathroom renovation. She is an excellent communicator who was reliable about returning texts and emails promptly. Jana has a sunny disposition and it was a pleasure dealing with her. We will definitely return to C&S Tile for any future flooring renovations.

When we constructed our new home recently, we visited C&S Tiles multiple times as we were very particular about everything that went in to our house. The people at C&S we’re always helpful and patient and willing to show us as much as we wanted to see. We eventually bought all our tiles from them and are very pleased with the results. Thanks especially to Claudia for her patience and willingness to indulge us in our quest for the ‘perfect’ tiles throughout the selection process.
