I must say it was definitely a pleasant experience I had with Danny. I went in inquiring about internet and cable options for the place I was moving into. He took his time explaining the choices I had, what he recommended and even arranged for a technician to come by that suited my busy schedule.He was in constant communication with me to ensure I knew what I was getting and was never late on a reply. Danny is extremely patient and very understanding, always going above and beyond.After the technician installed everything for me, Danny reached out the same day to ensure that everything went well and was to my liking. Previous experiences with other providers did not provide the customer service Danny did.I am extremely satisfied with how Danny treated me as a customer and I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family for many years to come!Thanks for the outstanding service Danny!!-Brandon

Blatantly sold me an accessory I did not need. I was suspicious that I did not need the item and asked if I could return it if it was not needed. Was verbally told yes. Does anyone else here get receipts before you complete a purchase?? I went today to return the item and was told it says on the receipt they do not accepts returns on accessories. That's fine, but do not tell me I CAN return if you know I can't. I clearly explained that I was sure I had several of these chargers at home but he kept saying I probably didn't have the one that was needed for this , well all 5 I have at home was a match. Business like this make me physically sick. I believe this is my first negative Google review as I always try to spread positivity but this theft has me enraged.

My first time at this location will not be my last! I am on crutches at the moment and, when it was my time to be served, Manpreet offered to take care of my needs from the seating area. She went beyond the call the rest of my visit ss well. You are Blessed to have her in your employ! Jitender also should be recognized for great service as well!

Had to replace a broken iPhone in a hurry on the Labour Day weekend (we were heading out of town the next day) and reached our go-to guy" Danny. He immediately responded and set us up with a great solution...although he was actually on a day off! We went to the store and checked in with Gary as directed
