Mavi Jeans

Decent quality, european made clothing. I like grabbing a few essentials from here now and then to add to my wardrobe for reasonable price. Doesnt feel like fast fashion, made to last longer.

It was a great shopping experience. The staff stayed with us past closing on April 25th and they were incredibly helpful.

AJ helped me try on probably 10 pairs of jeans in 30 mins so that I could find my ideal fit AND respect my time limit. I left with two pairs and am grateful and excited to wear my Mavi jeans!

Went in looking for a specific pant that's no longer available, the staff helped me quickly to find a comparable pair. Excellent service, in and out. Shopping made easy!

We just popped into the store to look for a pair of jeans for my husband and the staff member,Nicole offered amazing customer service. We were very impressed about how she helped find items that really worked for him and were wishing the price range he wanted… he much more frugal than I, when it comes to clothes.. the store was super clean and very comfortable to shop at. Nicole thanks again for all your help!

first visit 1 hour ago. immediately found what I was looking for. a top saleswoman with a perfect eye for the right size, which is very helpful and very competent. her employer should be happy to have someone like her. Left the store with 2 new pants, thank you

We were visiting from alberta and went in this store because we saw nice clothes in the window. From the second we walked in, the 4 ladies barely helped us because we didn't look like big money to shop there. When I picked up a pair to try on, the girl commented if I was sure about my size and didn't say it in a nice, customer service way. It had a rude undertone and made me feel bad about my weight. Both my mom and I were taken aback by her comment. For reference I'm a 27 in guess jeans and 29 in other pairs. But it doesn't matter. I hate stores that do body shaming regardless of a size 0 or a size 20. It was like they didn't want me touching their clothing. When I asked if they had a sweater in a different color the clerk was rude and uninterested in helping. I bought one shirt because I liked it but as a clothing brand Mavi should reevaluate their employees. When we were at the till I advised no one should get commision since no one was helpful and the three of them stood there chatting instead of helping. When I explained what happened, no one apologized, they all pretended to be busy on opposite ends of the stores. I will be writing a review to head office as well. Will not be back to this store again.

I was given a gift card for Mavi Jeans for Christmas from my daughters. When I went to the store they wouldn’t redeem the gift card, and then told me the jeans my daughters had chosen for me , were also not available online to use the card. They then offered a 10% instore discount, but then didn’t apply it to my bill. Totally disappointed with this company. I won’t shop there again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping there either. I left feeling completely let down when I left the store, my daughters were sad they couldn’t redeem the gift they wanted to get me, and felt this review should warn others about such a poor shopping experience. Terrible customer service.

AJ at Mavi in Yaletown was SO incredibly helpful. Possibly my best retail experience ever. I tried almost everything in the store and she was patient and on it the entire time. Goes above and beyond. Amazing shopping experience. Mavi clothes sell themselves
