GoodLife Fitness Calgary Country Village and Harvest Hills For Women

Started using this gym couple months back. Very convenient and close to my home. Enjoy the classes they offer. Equipment is good and abundant, never have to wait for machines to use them. Staff is friendly. Usually kept very neat and tidy

Very small, friendly staff. Not the best looking but right on top of superstore so you can easily access healthy food. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS, so bring your own

Today was my first time at this location and I could not recommend it more!!They have every piece of equipment you could ask for.Liz & Natalie were both so amazing from the moment I came in. They made me feel right at home! I will definitely be making this my regular gym location going forward!

The most amazing gym!! I love going here because it hasn't just been a gym but the staff have become friends. They always say hi when I come in and I always have amazing conversations with all of them. I feel guilty when I don't go to the gym because I don't get to see their amazing smiling faces!!

The bathrooms are always dirty and often out of soap. The showers look like they never get cleaned. The staff rarely says hello or goodbye and are often seen gossiping together behind the front desk. When I signed up 5 years ago I was told that when I signed a no commitment membership I could cancel anytime and would not get charged. I went in to cancel and the staff member was very rude once they found out I was cancelling. I was also told I would be charged for the next 2 week cycle even though I was told differently when I signed up. I was going to switch to a different GoodLife location and sign a membership at that gym (since I only had access to this gym) but after this experience I will never use or recommend a good life gym again.

I was a long standing member at this gym and I had to put my membership on hold due to surgery. I called twice to extend the freeze on my membership and noticed the funds still came out of my account. I called to let them know and the manager who I spoke to was extremely rude and said there was no record of me calling, basically calling me a liar. They need to learn how to deal with customers or they are going to lose valued members of this gym. I understand things get missed, but there is no need to argue back and forth with customers. Learn to be respectful and when an issue arises like this, where I know I called twice to extend my freeze, then do the right thing and refund for the mishap.

Ladies here are so fantastic and i love the atmosphere to workout! Everyone is so sweet, especially the staff! Overall a fantastic environment and a perfect place to workout for all girls! Glad that i choose this gym!

Horrible gym environment. Going to a gym should be a place where you feel comfortable to workout. I was in the middle of working out when I heard one of your personal trainers (Hamna) talking about me with her client on the way I workout. You have signs that say be yourself but how can you do that when your employees judge you.

The staff and the patrons were so kind!! I'm so excited to go back!

Extremely rude staff!!!! didn’t feel like working out in such a bad environment..!!!!!!!!! I wish I can give 0 star. Please someone teach them good customer service.
