We're very happy with the christening mug that icanlaser engraved for us. Mufit responded quickly to my questions and did a great job of the engraving. I will be passing on his details to a neighbour, who needs some engraving done.

I've used them twice now for company logo engravings. The product is always perfect. They communicate very well and are quick. The price was good as well. Worth the 1 hour drive as I know I can trust them.

Went there to get some champagne glasses engraved only to find their doors locked during business hours. I phoned them and said I was outside their front door and explained what I wanted. They still didn't open their door but told me to text a picture of the glasses to them. I asked if I could come in and show them the glasses and they said no. I texted them the picture and they said that they couldn't engrave the glass but they could engrave the silver bottom. It would cost $60 and they couldn't do it today maybe in a couple of days. All this time I was standing outside in the cold during their business hours. I took my glasses to a jewelry store and they engraved the bottom rim for much less. What kind of business doesn't open their doors for a customer?

I Can Laser is quick, efficient and friendly. I was able to receive my completed piece in less than 36 hours which was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality work.

I chose I CAN Laser because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not like everyones else's. I got a wallet engraved for as part of my brothers wedding gift. I sent them what I wanted engraved and they sent me a draft. I responded to the draft asking them to change the date format. They responded to the email saying it's already been engraved and apologized for it. They tried to rectify it by providing an addition plate with the desired date format engraved and with 3M tape that I could stick overtop (which would make the wallet thicker and didn't look as nice).You would think having the process in place for confirming the order details/providing a proof to the client before proceeding would be there for a reason but unfortunately they don't wait for customer approval to proceed. 2 stars because they at least tried to rectify it but overall still disappointed.

I CAN Laser was great. I needed my language engraved on my keyboard and could not find anyone locally to do this. I ended up shipping it across the country to I CAN Laser and I am so happy I did. They did excellent work, which included sending me a draft of what how they would engrave the item and communicating with me at every step of the way, and sending it back to me. I am so impressed (it looks as good as one that had been engraved in Russia where this type of thing is done all of the time, even though I am pretty sure that mine was the first surface pro keyboard that Mufti and his team handled). I am pretty sure that I am going to have to send them a few more items for the rest of my family, as they are now jealous of my fancy new keyboard!

The only place in the Toronto area that was willing to engrave carbon fiber. It's not a straightforward material for lasers but they did a good job. They respond to emails pretty quick too.

They did a fantastic job engraving two pocket watches that I brought! Service was very fast with superb quality for a flat fee instead of the per letter rate that traditional engraving costs. I dropped off the watches and we went through some font and layout choices and the next day they were finished and ready to be picked up, although they could have been done faster if needed. It's a bit tough to find them but once you do it's worth it, because they do an excellent job. Highly recommended!
