Great place to take your kids to burn off some energy. Pricing is a little high for entry, pricing for a birthday party is outrageous, pricing at the small concession stand is not great either.Facilities are kept fairly clean however there is room for improvement in this area. Places to sit while the kids play are sufficient. Bathrooms are kid friendly and for the most part clean.Customer service was good. Security protocols were acceptable and location appeared to be safe.

Great spot to let the kids loose, there's an area for babies/little toddlers and a larger play area for the older kids. There's a Tim Hortons across the way, and they allow you to bring in outside food.I really like the way they handle kids coming and going. There is a gate whoch is the only way in and out, and upon entering, they will draw matching marks on the parent(s) and child(ren) with a blacklight pen. So when you leave with a child they can verify that they're yours.

Great for kids!Parents: bring yourself extra layers of clothing - the AC gets cold when as a parent you are just sitting at the table. It must be nice for kids though as they get hot from all the running.If you go first thing in the morning, you can enjoy the whole day - until 5 on weekdays and until 6pm on weekends. You just have to leave the grounds for an hour for lunch.There are fast food spots nearby though - Tim Hortons (steps away), McDonald's (a couple minutes' drive), etc.There is also Once Upon a Child next door - awesome spot for a quick stop - inexpensive toys, strollers, clothes and other accessories.

We used to come here a lot while the original owner was here. Ever since the ownership changed hands or whatever happened, this place went to the dumps. They are not after the kids having a fun place, it's all about the money.The climbing structure is caked with dust, anyone clean it? If there is puke on the inside of the climbing structure, you might as well clean it yourself, because no one else will.Want to save a few dollars on an overpriced birthday room with a time limit? You can eat in the main area, don't bring cup cakes but bring muffins with icing on them, same thing right?Rude staff, blatantly stood there and discussed the issue while staring at us and pointing fingers in our direction. Thanks for ruining my kids get together and making then feel guilty for eating cup cakes.They told me in my face that it's not a big deal if they lose us as a loyal customer, they have lots more.Not going back and giving my hard earned money to this place.

We took our granddaughter here for a birthday party. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place was filled with the squeals of young kids having a great time. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Great place for kids. Staff is very friendly. Very clean. Workers constantly sanitizing everything all the time so kids won't be sick. I like that outside food is allowed. Highly recommend for 0 to 12. Well be back.

Was great for the kids but the building was extremely hot, suggest bringing a change of clothes for your little ones because the pooling sweat from running around was a lot. They did not have the ac running so make sure to bring lots of water to keep yourself and family hydrated. Other then that great fun place for the children to play, lots of room to run around and tables for adults to sit.

If you need some chaos in your life, take as many kids as you can carry, and bring them here. You'll wonder where they are for awhile, then when they reappear, they will be asking for some junk food. Also, it's nice and loud, so you won't need to hear your thoughts! Kids love it.

Very big and nice place great for kids they have a separate area for toddlers is very convenient.. a sit atea for parents the staff is friendly, it was very busy the only thing that I would say bad is they need to clean a little bit more in some pics you can see the dust otherwise is OK thays why 4 stars, a lot of birthday parties around.. 8.49 each toddler and 14.49 5+ baby under 1 year free

We went on a weekday before 2:00 pm. It was not too busy, and the kids had fun.- Outside food allowed- The space is kept clean- Very affordable and a great option for whenthe weather isn’t favourable.- There is a tots area next to a seating area,as well as the main play area which is easyto view your children from a distance.- There’s claw machines that allow you towin every try for only $2.00 which isawesome for little ones.4/5 stars. Only because this place gets much too busy during peak hours to consider visiting.
