Buzzfit - Greenfield Park

Absolute worst gym experience I’ve ever had! Employees were rude when I asked basic questions about the machines. Gym was dirty most of the time, never saw any cleaning. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I went to this gym in 2015, and signed up for a 1 year membership. In 2023 they called me to tell me I owe them 120$ since my membership kept renewing until my credit card was changed back in 2018. So I basically payed an extra 2 years without knowing. They tried to get my new info but I told them there was no way I would pay for a service I haven’t used since 2016! And I moved in a different city. What kind of gym auto renews your membership? They never said that when I first went there! Pure scammers and I can’t even cancel my membership since I can only do it in person. So now my account is active forever on my old credit card cause they refuse to accept my cancellation.. So I guess leave my account active cause they will never get a penny out of me. Going to seek legal help to help others not get scammed like I did. You can’t cancel online, or by phone, they only accept in person or by postal code, in the year 2023 that is just straight garbage service. First gym I’ve seen with auto renewal, first gym I see where you can’t cancel online or by phone, they need a written signature.. complete scam. Extremely disappointed with this gym, and it’s policies. DO NOT GO HERE.

I recently moved back to Gfp and went into Buzzfit to inquire about a membership and the manager assisted me and she was awfulNo business being in customer service. I'm pretty sure Her name is Jane or something...either way it's safe to say I won't ever be going back to this smelly gym.

I wished I can give you -1000 stars. I registered in this gym on 2019. I went there few times I paid them with debit card and they took the money credit as well when I found out asked for refund they said we don't give refund I asked membership cancellation the said it cancelled now we are 2023 I still call getting call from guys for bills. don't trust these with your credit card DO NOT GO HERE

I unfortunately had a bad experience in Greenfield Park.. I walked in to inform myself of the pricing, schedule, available programs. I was speaking to who I believe is the manager Jane" Or "June" .. She wasn't very enthusiastic or friendly with me. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but I've decided to take my membership to Nautilus in Brossard. I think this employee needs a course refresher on customer service and appreciation. Maybe I'll try Buzzfit again in the future.. it is closer for me."

I went in to do a lifelong membership at the greenfield park location and was assisted by a woman named Jane. She was extremely rude to me. why is she employed there if she has no people skills or hates her job? I know it is just the person because I went in to buzzfit later late at night (to avoid Jane) and was assisted by a woman named koko and she was very helpful and kind.

The gym is large and well lit. The change room is clean and plenty of lockers to store your gear. Lots of equipment for cardio and weightlifting.
