Initially i liked Heritage parts as their prices are reasonable. I purchased a part in July 2019 through their website and that was prepaid. In January 2020 i bought a part but it was defective so i sent it back and i did not received refund. I inquire accounting department said you have invoice pending from July 2019. So you have to pay that first. I have called them 8 times, asking about the detail of transaction, explained situation but no help. Since then if i call them, either agent who deal my case is offline/ not available if you leave message no reply back, other agent can't help. It is a worst experience i have felt with this people.Be aware if you buy from heritage parts keep every single documents including tracking numbers or you will have to get a lawyer's help.

Local supplier minimum price 50% more and needed two days to confirm plus not in stock. One call to Heritage and it's on my porch in a day. THAT'S SERVICE 101

The absolute worst company ever to deal with. Ordered parts on December 4th, paid for it. Still waiting on these parts on January 12th and now they say no idea when they are receiving them before they ship to me. No updates online, so I call customer service twice and the ignorance for the representative to tell me bluntly that if I didn't like the time frame then I should go somewhere else. So so unprofessional. Down right wrong!!!

Great customer service. Because of supply shortages my furnace part did not arrive before I found it somewhere else. Wanting to return the part once I received it from them, I tried the online return process unsuccessfully. When I contacted customer service they were very helpful, understanding, and quickly refunded the money. Will use them in future when I need a part.

People are very friendly and know exactly what we are looking for. I dealt with Nahom and he is fantastic. Very patient and addressed all my concerns.Dealt with him 2 times for two different ovens and he is perfect.

Want to pay up to 500% markup? Buy your parts from here!Crazy rediculous prices. If your part is thermostat, relay etc. do yourself a favor and look up your part, it will be made by a manufacturer that you can find elsewhere at the going rate. Example: Partstown supplied relay: $231 CAD / Other supplier EXACT SAME PART: $49 CAD. Complete rip off. They have a monopoly and are milking it.

I've tried to use parts town. they never have anything in stock at their former Heritage Parts location in Toronto. They are a complete waste of time. Their costing is PREDATORY .. IE : what I paid 43usd wholesale from OEM they want to sell for 350usd... I do not understand how they are any better buying LF /GEV parts in europe as they are same old over priced to sell to public priced" . I find my wholesale parts somewhere else!!!!!"

Do not order anything from this place. They will cancel orders without notifying you, tell you parts are coming that never do, and have the worst customer service ever. How can you cancel an order and not notify the purchaser? Not a great experience for myself or my customer. Will never be using them again for anything, I advise you not to as well.

The worst customer service . managers are always “in a meeting “ and they lie and refuse to help don’t bother with this company absolutely terrible

Worst company. Send wrong parts even we provided details of our product. refund takes 3 months after multiple calls and emails. Recharge the delivery fee for resending the correct parts even their agents said they will not charge that. No response to my emails for this issue.
