She should not be advertised as a counsellor or therapist, only as a mediator. She's just a social worker. Watch any documentary about abused children (Gabriel Fernandez, Jeanette Maples, Adrian Jones, etc.) and you will see how incompetent most social workers are, and how they constantly fail people.She never actually confirmed the booking of the appointment (you get confirmation & a reminder from the dentist or hair salon when you make an appointment, nevermind something as serious as therapy), and she did not even realize that it was a family session until I had to reach out to her for the confirmation of the day and time. I called her out on this lack of professionalism, and her defence was that she didn't think it needed a reply". I had a very bad feeling about her

My experience working with Vanessa was excellent. She was courteous, patient and helped us work out a custody plan that made sense for us. Highly recommend!!
