Very happy with everything I have got from autoshack and happy with the time to receive it got the parts cheaper from them with the shipping to my home address then any place in London Ontario and still had money left over. I love the package they put together when you are working on suspension ex# shocks sets tierod ends and brakes with better savings. Keep up the great work and support. I don't order any where else.

I have purchased an item from auto shack online a week ago. As I noticed upon delivery, I ordered the wrong item. I immediately started the return process. As I lived right down the road from the facility I wanted to bring the item in my self as it would have cost half the price of the item in order to ship it back to them. According to the very rude customer service representative who would not read past the first sentence of my email, I have to register myself as a sole proprietorship as a mail courier in order to drop my package off to the warehouse myself. I do agree parts are cheap here but you are much better off ordering something off rockauto and paying a couple dollars more. I discovered this place 3 years ago and since then got all my extended family and such coming here, after this terrible experience I don't think any of us would be coming here again. Rockauto has extremely excellent customer service and I would never have a headache like this working with them. Also at the very end of this, the customer service representitive blocked my email, and when i emailed from a different account decided to ignore the email. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life

Very cheap and poor quality, I don't know how these people legally allowed to sell this part ??? It very dangerous and not safe to used there part!!! Yes sure the price is good but people safety and life is more important. Not recommend very bad and poor quality as well as the customer service they’re lying about the warranty. You will pay treble the amounts than what you think you safe for the workshop to replace it and fix new good quality one this happened less than 6 months from installed time

I recommend you do not buy parts from this organization. The parts are a very good price but the customer service is beyond atrocious. I ordered two rear callipers as a set for my truck. Two left hands were sent. I sent pictures as requested twice. Each time I call I wait on hold for an hour, message says they will call back if you push 1, well haven’t had a call returned yet. I sent a pictures with clear arrows outlining what is wrong with the parts. They will not assist me. I’ve cumulatively waited over 8 hours on hold now, I’m into my second week dealing with this and I can’t drive my truck because I took it apart to find these parts don’t fit. It is as if there business model is to make the experience so painful the customer will give up and buy parts elsewhere. Don’t waste your valuable time with this company.

I've bought from autoshack twice now for my Volkswagen and both times the parts fit perfectly. The prices are more then reasonable. I feel like the people that have previously complained messed something up in there order and accidents do happen beyond that. Make sure the info you put in is for your car and VIN# I cant stress enough FOLLOW YOUR VIN# and provide the correct I formation and you will be happy! More then happy with the price. Shipping was less then a week for me. And was free on top of that. thank you autoshack.

Please do not order from Autoshack. They sent the wrong part even though their website said the rotors would fit my vehicle. I called them up and they informed me that they could not take a return because it was outside 30 days. I said the 30 days shouldn't matter because it was a mistake on their end, not on mine. They wouldn't budge. How is this even fair? If I order something and you send the wrong thing why is the responsibility on me to confirm your mistake in 30 days? Customer service was unresponsive and not willing to help. Horrible company and horrible service. I even told them there fitment is currently showing incorrect information that needs to be changed and they said sometimes that happens...… look at that attached pictures, how is that supposed to be the same rotor?Edit: yeah autoshack. It was 85 days, like I told your customer service I was preparing a move to Germany with the military because I was ordered to go. Figured I could depend on your site to at least be accurate. Good job blaming the customer for your mistakes.

Extremely poor first experience. Did not receive my entire order due to a warehouse error, now they want me to wait 5-7 business days while they file a complaint with the carrier??? Please tell me how that makes sense. Now I have no part and no car, and no solutions to how they are going to fix this.Most companies would resend the part or offer a refund. This company hires a 3rd party customer service line in Manila, Philippines (I asked), who can't/is unwilling to do anything to fix the problem.Sure I bet if you order and get the whole thing no problem, you will think this company is great. The problem is, as soon as you have 1 issue, great or small, it will never be resolved appropriately.

I will never be buying from this website and for sure advising all friends, family, co works and passers by not to order from this company as well.after putting my vin in the search and purchasing front brakes for my vehicle they shipped me pads and rotors that do not work with my vehicle. i was polite and asked to set up a return only to be told i would have to pay to have them shipped back and charged a restocking fee.I did my part as a consumer to ensure i gave the correct information about my vehicle and should not be held responsible for being shipped the wrong parts.the customer service representative even went as far to tell me that even though i provided the correct information i really should be careful" as the parts may or may not be for my vehicle.for being a Canadian based company i am disgusted at the lack of respect it has for its customers

Terrible customer service. Took over 14 months to get a response on a warranty issue. Finally got a refund but they refunded the wrong parts on my invoice. So I was short about $18 on my refund and lost the core on the parts I had to buy to replace their terrible parts. Would never recommend to anyone. Would rather spend more at rockauto. At least they respond in a timely manner to their customers. Can't see a way to respond to Auto Shacks reply so I will add here. I'm sure it was auto shack I ordered from. I submitted many warranty cases and never got a response. Eventually they deleted the cases. Once they did respond after about 12 months of silence they claimed I didn't submit anything through their website. But I had an email trail proving I did. It shouldn't be this painful to get a response from a company.
