We've bought several properties and have good inspections and lazy inspections (which we have paid for in the future) so I now attend the inspections. To start, the scheduling staff was quick to respond in different formats assuring everyone was aware of timing and pricing. Jeff was extremely polite through the whole process and extremely thorough catching many very small, minor things that no inspection has ever referenced before. Though they were minor and a simple fix, they'll save us in the future. Well worth the money.
