My husband died in July this year. I called RoseMarie of Bakerview for the service. She was very helpful. She helped me for the documents I needed it for my husband's grandson from USA (emergency exemption from quarantine). She came to my house for my husband's ash and death certificate. And helped preparing documents for his grandson taking the ash back to USA. I highly recommend them.

My mum passed and the funeral director cared more about her staffing issues than assisting with completing funeral arrangements. Didn't follow up with money into trust, tried to blame newbie staff, but she took charge of that part of the conversation. Not one word of empathy, she was cold, and it continued on the day of the funeral. Had phenomenal director in 2017 for my dad. My family commented on her coolness. Needs updated training.

We had the passing of a family member, where we needed to have someone assist with the cremation and service. I contacted Bakerview Crematorium at 8pm in which someone answered. They picked up the deceased the next morning with no questions asked. They were very understanding of the situation, and helped in any way that they could. We decided to have the service at their facility and it was a beautiful spot. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially during a difficult time.

I lost my brother Dec 2014. He didn't have a lot of money and I didn't have much more to be able to give him a full service which would have cost thousands. I made some calls to different crematoriums to ask questions. I decided to go with Bakerview because they were very friendly, took my numerous questions graciously. I felt very comfortable with them and through the whole process only showed me sympathy, understanding and were extremely helpful with the death certificate, obituary, etc.. They came all the way from Mission to my home in Surrey twice for one on one meetings. I would and will highly recommend them.
