I received excellent service when K&L sent their guy to clean my gutters, windows and remove staining on my house - the cleaner worked throughout the day - and checked in with me as he was progressing throughout the day - work was exceptional - at the end of the day - he asked that I check over his work prior to him leaving as he wanted me to be satisfied - he was friendly, hardworking and pleasant and a job well done. I have been using this company for about 20 years, referred them to many clients and friends - and would highly recommend K&L!Thanks Kevin

We have been using K&L for several years for window and exterior cleaning of our house. It's a big house with massive glass, and other washable surfaces. K&L is prompt, courteous and professional - and they do a very nice job for us. Highly recommended.

We have used K & L Windows services for over 20 years and I can say that we are very very pleased with the service they have given us during that time. They were just here a few days ago to do the annual gutter cleaning and were very thorough and did a perfect job of cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting a professional job on their home.

I've been with K&L since 2013 and they have never failed to do a super job.The service men are pleasant...work hard, and are very respectful of the garden as they clean the windows.I would recommend this company and will continue to support K&L.

I have used the services of K&L Windows for many years. They have not only cleaned gutters but also repaired and replaced gutters. Each year, my patio is power-washed, usually by David who does a stellar job. Windows and skylights are done several times a year and most recently by Shuylar (again, he does an excellent job). This company also sprays moss on my roof annually. Kevin and Lorri, the owners, are extremely accommodating and I wouldn't consider going to any other company as long as they are running the show!

K and L just finished cleaning our windows and gutters and again, the job was done fast with no issues. I find K and L to be reliable, reasonably priced and easy to deal with. I will continue to recommend K and L to all my friends and family and most certainly will be using them again in the future!

K&L has always been good at taking care of us and our small strata complex. They do all their work as outlined and promised, at a reasonable cost, and have never had any trouble going above and beyond. We would recommend them for gutter cleaning anytime.

WOW! This company is amazing! The job was done for a house in Vancouver and it was done to beyond perfection! And the price was phenomenal. I kept asking if they meant the quote was for only a couple of window and not the whole house. It was for the whole house! Crazy! The saying you get what you pay for does not apply here. You get way more than you pay for. I am giving my niece a gift of getting her windows cleaned by K& L Windows for her new house! It has made such a difference to actually SEE out the windows!
