Customer service means nothing to these people. They aren't trained to even measure properly and will sell you suit anyways knowing it won't fit when it arrives. Nobody in the store including the manager has any authority to actually do anything. They always have to call or wait for someone else who isn't around during their store hours. They have no interest in correcting their mistakes once they have your money. You are better going off going literally anywhere else.

Good place to go if you are looking to rent a suit or a tux. If you are looking to purchase the selection to purchase from is not the best nor is there a lot to choose from. I liked that they had suits on a mannequin numbered for you to choose which one you like. This really helps to be able to picture your attire all put together. Staff were helpful however I did find the store to be understaffed as it can be hard to get help and staff attention. The store was clean and well laid out. The store location was easy to find but parking was difficult to find.

Recently rented two suits for my son's wedding. I waited until the last minute to order, Lynnel in the Abbostford store was professional and was able to save the day. Not only were the suits the right fit , but also fashionable, Thankyou

How are we supposed to return rentals if you are closed Sundays and mondays? Then we are told that they need to be back by noon Tuesday or we will have a charge. People work, there should be a drop box of some sort.

Im a trans man. This was my first experience ever being fitted for a suit or even putting one on. And i have to say I felt amazing. I was treated like any other man. I felt incredibly validated. The woman working on Sat Nov 26th was absolutely amazing. I will return for any and all suit needs in the future. Thank you for being a safe space.

We used Black & Lee to rent the tuxedos for our bridal party and the suit for my father. Everything was great and their service was wonderful!

This place has been great to deal with in purchasing a suit for my wedding. Lots of sizes to accommodate a varying need but only for purchase. If you’re looking to try on a rental they don’t have a lot of sizes in stock, they are quite quick to bring them in so you can but it sucks having to wait. The prices are pretty reasonable and on par with the market. They do, do some tailoring but not a lot, if you require more then they will most likely sent you over to Zebbys which is convenient, very good at tailoring and just a two min walk away. Black and Lee’s new location is excellent! Located right in the core of old downtown Abby it’s very accessible. Looks like they remodelled a bit but maybe could use some comfier seats to lounge on while your crew is trying things on. Great service as always!

Had a wonderful experience here 2 weeks ago. I believe her name was Amy greeted my fiancé and I at the door. The store had a ton of selection for suits and colors. We are getting married at the end of the month and had such a great experience here after not having the best at Moore's in Abbotsford.Amy's customer service was great!

Went to take our son in months in advance for a suit rental for his grad. We also bought him a basic plain white dress shirt for his commencement night. We now are on commencement day and open up his shirt to find quite a few areas damaged by pins and safety pins in the package. We called the location to explain what we are looking at even after ironing the shirt there was several holes and snags for this $80 dress shirt. The first employee understood and said that they will credit or do something for us when we come in to go let the rental but had to get a manager to do it. The manager came on the phone and I found her to be extremely unprofessional and used a tone of rudeness. Stated they have a 7 day return policy yet when she sold me the shirt (it was the manager) that was not going to be a issue as they know it’s for grad season coming up. Fake policy unposed in the store and i fee she’s made it up. All in all the high price shirts are really bad condition due to the packaging issue. Do not trust this manager for anything as once they get your money you get treated poorly. I asked about if I can trust that my rental will go smoothly and that I no longer felt comfortable to trust that this business has good intentions to treat their costumers properly in the event of a issue, she yelled something over the phone threatening me to be charged anyways if I cancel the rental. I do not trust or appreciate their lame duck policies they created to avoid making our problem right, they definitely don’t sell them selves that way when they want a sale. Buyers Beware!! I had to hang up because I don’t need a ride chihuahua yelling and barking at me over a legitimate concern.
