Much better service here then other places" that do not give full recycling refund. The other place on fortune happens to "forget" their counts often! I've never had an issue with this place other then their location."

Used to go here all the time, staff wasnt very friendly but didnt give you a hassle. Today went in with the bags one of the staff member sold me, said they hold X amount and to just fill them up. So I did. Today, they said nope you didnt buy those here and were incredibly condescending. Said the staff needed to count all my stuff individually if I was going to be lying about amounts. I left in tears with how rude they were, maybe all their staff should get on the same page.

10/10 would definitely NOT recommend. The woman was very rude upon arrival. Saying one section was closed, we waited patiently for a spot to open up at another section. The lady came up to us again with an attitude, saying “you know the till is going to be EMPTY by the time these people are done.” like I would have known that. The wife and I ultimately just left because of the disrespect we were given as customers

This Depot has been under new management since December and they are very nice people, they are also the only depot in kamloops that pays full price for returns and they offer weekly pickups for businesses within 300km, the old management definitely had some rude staff and most of them are gone other than the blonde guy mark who always see.s to be in a bad mood. I OTHERWISE I LOVE THIS Place and I would strongly recommend giving them your business

I go to this bottle depot as they are so kind and approacheable. Bringing so many bottles, I have always received help from either management or employees. They always come to me and ask whether I need help or not.

Absolutely the worst bottle depot/business in kamloops. Horribly rude staff. The older grubby looking blonde guy is an absolute jerk, and super rude. I've been ripped off by this business and would never ever recommend going there. If I could rate this zero I would. Be careful and count your cans before you go. They will steal from you . General grants is a much friendlier, cleaner, and more professional business.

Love the new owners very kind and helpful this is a family owned business and the only bottle depot in kamloops that pays full price for your empties. They also accept paint and chemicals and all usedelectronics. My car broke down and the owner drove me home. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE KINDNESSAND I WISH THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE LIKENTHIS
