I had to wait for about 20 minutes for a Buddy burger and others inside had to wait to. But drive thru seem to go faster . It seems like all the fast food caters to the drive thru faster and if you go inside you have to wait. They only had 2 people on Sunday working. Then finally 2 more came in to work.

Under staffed, poorly managed. Food wasn't even hot. Toast wasn't even toasted. Bathrooms dirty haven't been cleaned.I was in at 10 am. No reason for a dirty tables, floors.Totally disgusting.A&W Canada needs take better care of their franchises!!!!!!

Every time I go to the drive thru, it takes so long. Today I sat in front of the speaker for 15 minutes before they even took my order. Judging by the other reviews, management really needs to do something about this.Oh and part of my order was missing. This place has gone down hill since the new owner took over.

Ordered a plain buddy burger a pouting and coke . Simple? We got some burger slathered in sauces x3 and mushrooms? Sweet potatoe fries in the poutine and a root beer. My husband thought he was being pranked there were so many errors 3 right items and 3 wrong. Check your food before you drive away .

The place has been remodeled. It looks like they have moved things around. Need a different recipe for the onion rings. The breading part falls apart and is dry. The burger was ok.. the meal itself self was not worth close to 40.00 for 2.The service is always good.. no issues there.

I wish I could give 0. Waited 10 minutes to have my order taken. While people in dive thru were being served in no time flat. The it took 12 minutes to receive my order as drive thru orders were being taken and flying out the window. At least 10 people were served in drive thru during this time. And I was the only one in line!!! Plus how are 2 people supposed to run the restaurant! Give me a break. NEVER GOING BACK! I will inform my friends and family to avoid this restaurant!!!!!

went through the drive-through and it was not busy at all. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and our order was wrong. Went back in to ask for it to get fixed and the blonde chick working had the worst attitude. Once they gave us the “fixed order” it was still wrong. What a waste of money.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT:I went through the driver thru and asked if 2 mama burgers were $7 and the person very arrogantly, called him out for it and didn't acknowledge it and asked would that be all. I simply left and refuse to spend my money there. If you have workers like this, might as well close up shop.March 18th 9:20 pm

We decided to eat in the restaurant on our last visit, every single table was dirty. The only clean surface was the bar top area. We immediately regretted not getting our food to go. It felt gross being in there, even the area around the condiments, napkins etc was disgusting. Covered in garbage and ketchup. While we waited for our food, a female staff member was on a personal phone call in a booth, but she had the call on speaker, and it was not an appropriate call to be having on speaker in a place of business or while at your place of work. It was all younger people working there, nobody seemed to care about the state the place was in….I get it, I worked in customer service and made minimum wage when I was younger too, but a little pride in your job and workplace goes a long way!

Wait time was crazy, around 15 min for two burgers and a lemonade, only two cars ahead of me in drive-thru. Lady taking order didn't have much for customer service skills, burgers were sloppy and messy and very overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
