Benkei Hime Toronto Eaton Centre

Lovely vibe and really cute merchandise. Great variety in menu. Their cups are really fancy and the straw is functional to suck in the bobas unlike other stores. Limited seating available and the place is usually busy. I tried their triple creme brûlée milk tea with half sweetness and it was so delicious. The tea flavour was pretty strong. The place is expensive compared to other similar places but might be worth having it. I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend to try once.

Super cute concept and great location for chilling after shopping. I got the Grape Slushie with Cheese Foam. The drinks are definitely overpriced but love the creative unique options, very different from your standard bubble tea store. However, the flavour itself is mediocre.

Bubble tea shop with cool merch (but no prices listed). No employees on shop floor, just behind the bubble tea counter. Ordered the Thursday tea of the day. It was good, lots of toppings included but still expensive for what it was. Summary: the bubble tea was a nice treat however I think there are better spots around the city that you can get better bang for your buck.

Good concept on how they design the store. The drink is very different compare to other BB tea place. Make sure you try the special one on the menu. I have heard alot of comment on the regular BBTea is nothing special. It’s pricey but I think it’s worth a try since you won’t get it from other store. Will definitely go back and try other drinks

This place is like a fever dream. A lot is going on inside and they have a huge variety of drinks. It'd be great if they added more snacks and maybe some soy or vegan milk options. The prices were a little steep but the treasure cup was unique.

Staff was friendly, offered alternatives to toppings that weren't available. Drinks were a bit pricey compared to other similar drink places, considering that the quality of the drink is just average. Cups are deceiving as they look about 10 inches tall but bottom out about 6 inches down. Store was very cute but there was someone clipping their nails behind the counter before I ordered.

Beautifully designed and branded bbt store - was very impressed by their decor and merchandise.Their core product (drinks) are yummy but overpriced for what it is. Seems like they are trying to be many different things but my suggestion would be to focus on one core product and branch out once you’ve built a loyal brand and customer base.

It's an absolutely gorgeous store! I struggled to make a drink selection my first visit in, and one of the girls working helped me narrow down to the peach marshmallow milk tea. Super thankful to her. It tasted pretty good, but the peach taste was a little lost in the milk flavour. Maybe just not the drink for me, lol. The treasure hunt cups were also super fun to open! Never really run across a concept like it. Just make my second trip into the Eaton centre location to try the Blue Cloud Hime drink, and it's fantastic! It's got a sort of blue raspberry taste to it, with popping juice pearls.If you've got time walking by, definitely stop in and grab a drink from here, and take a few pictures at the front of the store with the seating area.

Drinks are very unique and tasty. They aren’t too sweet and have a variety of flavors as well as toppings. The store decorations look amazing. Had trouble figuring out what it was, took a while to realize it was a boba shop. Solid 9/10, just don’t like the paper straws provided.

I love the atmosphere of the store, it’s so bright and has so many cute items!! They have a lot of drink options to choose from and I couldn’t decide which one I wanted. I ended up getting the matcha cloud hime and my brother got the triple crème brûlée milk tea. My drink was really good but they didn’t ask me if I wanted any toppings (I’m not sure if it would come with it because of the design of the drink) but I was really hoping to get some tapioca because what’s bubble tea without the bubbles? I was going to go back and ask but they were dealing with another customer so I didn’t bother. The drinks were really presentable and tasted great. The tapioca in the triple crème brûlée drink was a bit plain and had no flavour to it. The matcha cloud hime drink was so good and it was the right amount of sweetness to balance out the bitterness of the matcha. Pretty reasonable prices as lots of bubble tea stores/drinks are within the same price range. I would return to try the other drinks on their menu.
