Disappointed, sent in model # to get a easier lift to remove cover. Was told this they had one it was $1000. After installing because there are speakers on the back that we have to mount the cover the opposite way....They never mentioned this before buying, if we install they way they said because we installed in wrong apprently the cover will be in front of your controls and if you want to adjust the volume or change a radio station I guess just get out close the tub up and change the station and then re-open to get back in. So wasn't an issue we will just return it, well we find out theres a 40% restocking fee. Which yet again wasnt mentioned before the purchase. Either way guess mistakes were made but we get to pay 400 dollar for nothing so very very disappointing wont be going back

We had the pleasure of working with Steve the last few weeks, we have an arctic spa that had some issues, and needed someone to fix it, Steve and Liz were able to diagnose the problem, properly quote what we needed which was a pump and a circuit board, Steve made some suggestions on some simple cost effective upgrades like a different 2 stage pump as well as an upgraded circuit board, we have to admit the hot tub has never run this smooth and with the new 2 stage pump it is quieter and more powerful jets. We did have to wait a little bit as they were busy as everyone seems to be in this industry but they always kept us updated on when parts were in and when the final repair would be completed, I feel since Steve is the actual owner of the business who has decades of experience you are truly getting a technician who knows their stuff and isn’t a $20 an hour guesser.We would recommend them to anyone in need of hot tub repairs or parts

Five stars are not enough for these folks. The lady on the phone (sorry, I don’t know her name) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She found us the right pump from pictures we sent her, and we were able to pick it up the next day to install it ourselves, which she assured us we could do. Being new to owning an older hot tub, your help was truly appreciated! It wasn’t easy, but it’s up and running today.

Can’t say enough good things about the Tub and Deck Teck team . They are consumate professionals and very knowledgeable . Like most have tinkered with the DIY route to fix problems , these guys have always managed to bail me out when things get too tricky and always a pleasure to deal with . They are an A1 outfit and would highly recommend them for all your tub and spa issues . Thank Eliza, Liz and Steve ! Keep up the great work .

Liz was helpful getting me into the hot tub lifestyle. RotoSpa is an awesome product made in small-town Ontario that makes winter far more tolerable! Not bad on the electrical bill, either. Reach out to her team & happy tubbing!

Now, we aren't done yet however the front office support was bloody top notch. Owner came here to fix an issue, walked me through the process and cost. Deeply impressed. Coming from a customer service background, this was / is a great company. Call them. They will help make it better, and treated me right even though I'm a layman. Awesome service. Awesome.
