Similar to other reviewers, I went there to deposit a cheque and was told to either use the ATM machine or go away. What is the point of putting a branch and some staff there but doing nothing?Caution, this is NOT a real branch, so don't expect any service at all. They only have ATM machines and machine-like people whose only response would be use the machine".Btw

Mike was extremely polite and helpful . As a new client, had not gotten much help from other banks. But here, they took enough time to make sure all my banking needs are accounted for. And got pretty much all I needed in just one visit . Impressed how thorough he was while setting up my multiple accounts.

This is another bank that has become 'bankless'. A recent move by Canadian Financial Institutions to make their low traffic locations 'relevant' without divesting the real estate has resulted in a waste of retail space and left customers asking why. The services available here are limited at best.

It's a great branch if you're homeless and looking for a place to crash for the winter. No joke, there's a guy sleeping in there on a nightly basis and they do nothing about it. Not only is this incredibly sketchy but the smell coming off of him nearly made me physically ill. Guess I'll have to avoid this branch, at least during night hours.

The branch manager, Kale, was very helpful in assisting my husband and I with a refund of a fee we were told wouldn't be charged, but was. We received the refund same day. It made me feel much better about banking with CIBC.

Worst cibc branch I’ve ever visitedDon’t do any cash operations. A bank that don’t take cash! What a joke.In addition, just one person at reception long waiting time for nothing!Don’t waste your time at this location!

Probably the worst branch I’ve ever seen in my life. No human contact or anyone to acknowledge. You’re standing there for an hour just to be told that there’s no one to help and I’ve to wait. Just to raise my cash limit I had to wait there for an hour with my hungry kids who just finished school. Disgusting and waste of time

From what I can tell the primary purpose of this branch is to serve as a giant billboard for CIBC. How an 8000 + sq ft facility like this can offer such little in terms of an ability to serve multiple customers at once is astounding.If you need anything other than a standard ATM transaction you would be well advised to find another bank.
