We had a really good experience shopping here. We purchased a bed and a very high quality pull-out hide-a-bed sofa. The hide-a-bed was quite expensive, so we went back to the store several times to look at it, ask questions, etc. Every time they were so friendly and helpful, let us take our time, and were not pushy or salesy" at all. All the items that we purchased arrived in good condition

Went all around town looking and J. Ballam had the best selection and service. The quality is excellent. We purchased a leather sectional to replace an existing set and leather recliners for a different area of the house. Recliners delivered yesterday and delivery service was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to getting the sectional next week.Highly recommend J. Ballam. Experienced, long-standing, business and the owner and team are very knowledgeable on what works best for your needs.
