Large quite place. To be clear the store was full of bored unmotivated sales reps 3 or 4 clients...They have a large selection of oversized furnitures. Few of these pieces are beautiful the others are average design and look. One thing for certain, these over-sized furnitures have an oversized price. Some of them unjustifiable.The lack of help from their rep and lack of beautiful furnitures git us.leaving

What a beautiful store - and Shari was so helpful ! ❤️My elderly mother was looking for new carpet for her stairs and knew exactly what she wanted.Shari met us at the door and made the whole process so smooth and simple. She was wonderful and understood how to work with my mother. She really knows her carpets. They sent someone to measure it the next day and the installer will come and install it in a few weeks.Highly recommend the store - and Shari.(Note: probably not the place for those on a small budget)

Beautiful products that are a fair bit on the expensive side. Wish things were more affordable.

Yes it's a high end furniture store, and yes they have an Elte Market where you can get things cheaper. But if you want good quality furniture that is well made, good design, fits you properly and is made to last, this is the spot for you.My husband is 6'6 so finding a chair that isn't super low to the ground or that is deep enough so he can sit in it with support is no easy feat. We went to and found 1 potential chair that would work (sort of) at Pottery Barn and Elte Market.We then tried UpCountry and a number if spots around Caledonia Rd. We thought we'd just look in Elte and were blown away by the difference in quality and the wide selection they have. Chairs on sale were less than Pottery Barn and Elte Market. Great store -- check it out!"

The shop is lovely but I hadn't planned on getting a mortgage to buy anything....

They were not super flexible - take it or leave it attitude. But good selection and high end options.

Happy with service. We found a fun coffee table (pic). Just called in for a certain product, and they snapped pictures of said products and texted to me. Fast to respond, thorough and friendly. Also they picked up and repaired a sofa that the kids destroyed.

Elte showroom is full of spectacular opulence. It is more of a design store than a furniture store. Staff is kind and helpful. I needed something specific and without a doubt they delivered!

We need broadloom for our stairs and halls. We prefer wool broadloom, so Elte was our first choice since so many other broadloom stores don't even carry wool. The salesman was more than helpful, showed us lots of options and gave us samples to take home. Someone came to measure just a couple of days later. The salesman has followed up several times in answer to our queries. We're waiting for a quote once we clarify which samples we prefer. Elter has their own installation team, so no need to go elsewhere for that part of the job. Go Elte!
