I bought a galaxy protector that has a blue tooth connection from here today for $32. Best purchase I've made this year. I originally went to pick up an order of flannel shirts, but the young lady working (I wish I knew your name) asked me to try them on to make sure they fit, and they didn't so she said I was not obligated to take them but if I did I would not be able to make a return. Long story short, I bought the projector instead and it does even more than what that lady was telling me it does. She was excellent with customer service!!! This store is amazing! So many cool things for amazing prices, very clean and great service!

The staff in Red Deer are absolutely amazing. I'd give them 5 stars. But the owner is rude and doesn't care about customer service or backing any products. I purchased an item via pre sale that was VERY different than advertised. When I emailed, the owner was very rude and refused to give a refund. She stated she used a picture from last years order and it was cheap so she wouldn't refund (I found out after that you can a much nicer one from Amazon for less money anyways). After I quoted the relevant laws regarding misleading advertising she rudely told me to bring it back for a refund. No acknowledgement that the item was not the same even though it's clear to see in pictures (she even lied and stated it was exactly the same even though the pictures show significant differences). I would 100% recommend shopping at the Red Deer store because the staff is absolutely amazing. By far the best staff I've come across shopping anywhere. But don't pre pay for items and don't leave the store without opening packaging and inspecting items because they don't refund even when the item isn't as advertised. Also, do a quick search to see if better options are available for less. I always assumed and trusted that their pre order bulk buy system saved everyone money. But after looking up this item and finding it for cheaper I've realized other buys weren't a good deal at all (although some buys were really good deals).Update: I did get an email apology from the owner saying it wasn't the best weekend" for her. I do appreciate the apology

This place is awesome! They bring in cool things you didn't even know existed, their prices are definitely fair, and the staff are always so nice and helpful! :) last time I went I took two toddlers and one of the staff kept them entertained while I got to peek around <3

Great place to shop! Pretty easy to order your item and pay. I love that there is a store location. The ladies there are super helpful. We also loved at Easter that they provided FREE Easter Bunny photos! It’s the little things!

I usually use the airdrie location but most recently have ordered from the Calgary S.E location. Ordering was quick and easy and I was notified as soon as my items were ready for pick-up. The process is incredibly easy and the products are amazing. I live CDH and plan to keep on shopping here. I have recently purchased wedding decorations and am very happy with everything.

Everyone that works at that Red Deer store has been amazing. They are all very helpful when my kids or I have questions. I would definitely recommend checking this store out. Great for presents or unique things to buy yourself or others

Where do I start! If I could give them a zero I would. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life!! I paid for a product upfront in October and it was suppose to arrive in December. and I still have never received to this day.This is when I found out the order was being place in reddeer. My mistake and was to be done out of calgary. I messaged a girl from the store and was told it would be shipped for me.Come the beginning of December I never heard anything. So I began calling. Was informed it would be next week.Called again the following week as this was a Christmas gift. Then told it would be next week.Again heard nothing. I called to follow up again they got them finally the week before Christmas. I was then told toCome into the store to pick it up very rudeIy. I let the girl know that it was to be shipped. She argued with me. I asked to speak with the manager she then told me she would leave my number for her to call me. I had to do this 3 separate times never heard from here again to this day never spoken to her. Their associates couldn’t tell me when the manager would be in. Who the manager was. And I was totally written off. I was blocked off of their social media page from speaking to anyone. If this how a small business is run then they shouldn’t be expected to stay in business long. Totally disgusting. Take peoples money. Never to be given the product and no reason why or any follow up. You should be ashamed of your selves. I even had my local store follow up for me and they had their manager speak them who said my item would be shipped and still it wasn’t. I will never spend another $ in this store or any of the northern stores ever! Nor will I recommend these stores to anyone ever!
