Visited several times. Was given a repeat story about prescriptions, a promise of a callback, and then nothing.Guy just goes through the motions and hopes you go away is my impression.

Dr Neil didn’t even want to here my whole story and wouldn’t let me explain myself. I know myself better than anyone else. I got 46 years of knowing myself. All I want is a proper diagnosis and he could of ruled out any disease with a lumber puncture test or any other brain test EEG etc or brain scan also. If you have a MRI and Ctscan and it shows nothing that’s good enough for Dr.Neil in my case. He seen Bi-Polar on my file and said it shows 2 drs said I have it but I told him I don’t and my psychiatrist said I have ADHD not bipolar. I managed to live a productive life for 20 years without meds. Now since a physiotherapist injures me and I ended up in the ER 15 times since December 2020 he blames the BI-polar for my condition. That’s my story. Left out in the cold. Even my own personal Dr who wanted a second Neurologist opinion said right to my face they have known me over the last 7 years and I was never like this prior to getting injured. My vision has changed too since the injury and I’m unable to work and i shake a lot at times. I have extreme bad headaches where I have to go lay down for hours on end. The soft pallet in the back of mouth moves which never did before on it’s own. I guess Bi-Polar does that too in his opinion also. Thanks so much for throwing me a family man under the bus dr Neil. I’m not crazy I’m injured and now this just keeps going until I find a Real Neurologist who will do all the proper testing and cares about you. One more thing I have been prescribed Gabbapentin for concussion actually helps my nerve pain in my head. So that goes to show what he says I have isn’t Bi-Polar.

To be honest I am quite surprised that there are not more reviews and that his review rating is so low. I met this doctor for the first time 8 years ago and he truly turned my whole life around. He took the time not only to listen to me but also did a complete review of my symptoms and even mentioned a few that I had not brought up. Within 48 hours I had surgery and became a new person. Every year on the anniversary of this surgery I think of him and call him my hero. So much so that when my ex-boyfriend was suffering from similar issues a few years back, I kept saying we need to go see Doctor Roberts. he is the best. We did finally see him after being specifically referred to him. Again he took the time to go over all symptoms and last few months and completed a thorough examination. My friend also ended up having surgery within the year for exactly what Dr. Neil Roberts how diagnosed and is doing much better today. Sadly after eight years I am encountering some issues again and numerous appointments and hospital visits I have finally convinced them to please refer me to the best neurologist out there which is Dr. Neil Roberts and my appointment is upcoming. I look forward to hopefully finding some relief from my pain. This man was, is and will always be the man and doctor who turned my life around. Thank you Dr. Roberts.

Dr.roberts Got me in to for a brain scan 3 days after our phone consultation. He's professional, to the point and understands when i patient is in need of urgent attention. Thanks dr.roberts!

Dr. Roberts gave me the right diagnose after many trips to ER. more than ten years ago. It was eye opening. Last month I had to see him again for a different nerve pain. He took time to review the issue with my health complaints. He was meticulous as usual and checked for new information on treatment. He saw me for more than one hour and I got the right medication for my health problem. I feel much better because of his help. He is the best neurologist as far as I am concerned.
