My husband and I were quoted a price to repair damage in a bedroom wall due to water coming in the home, and the manager kept providing us with 2 more higher quotes after the initial one, as the work was being done. We understand that there is often more damage than initially seen, however, he quoted a final price, taxes included, on the 3rd and last quote, and then 2 days later with no further contact verbally or in writing, added over $900.00 on the final bill for incidental/other charges"

We had ServiceMaster after having a leak that caused extensive damage. They did a fantastic job on clean up ,drywall and painting as well as safe protocol .There crew was very polite and friendly as well as restoring my home beautifully . Bob at ServiceMaster went above and beyond to a accommodate me in every way during a stressful ordeal. I highly recommend them for disaster restoration.I will use again if I ever have a problem that is not manageable . Thank you to everyone at ServiceMaster.
