Paul is our hero. We reserved a van for a different day and we just happened to be ready to move a day earlier than we had planned so we drove down to the dealer to see if they even had one available. The gentleman who helped us, Paul, was so lovely and was happy to let us use one that was still available and changed our reservation for one day early. Unfortunately, I made the executive decision not to pay the meter and we ended up getting a ticket. Paul was very helpful with how to move forward with paying it. Excellent service, the guys here are so nice.

Required a cargo van. Called the office the day prior to reserve. The following day I picked up the van which was efficiently processed. Fortunately, the manager pointed out my driver’s license was nearing the expiration date; which was fortuitous, as I was in town for only two weeks.Dropped off van after hours. Received the final billing promptly the next day via email.Overall, and positive experience.

The worker that helped me was very nice. He cleaned the truck for me out and in. Was very courteous as well. Happy with the service I received. Quick and simple service here AND FREE PARKING. Above all, I’m enjoying my new couch I was able to move in!!

Amazing service, equipment was great. I had to extend the reservation last minute and they were very very kind and responsive. I recommend renting a truck from here 100%!!!

I was really disappointed that my reservation got downgraded from a truck to a van, a day before the move. Even though I had reserved the truck months in advance. It made my move way more inconvenient. I hope you can do guaranteed reservations in the future because it was very disappointing

Rented a U-Haul twice last month and the person that checked me in was super nice, as was the other person directing me to my truck. Had no line up, friendly service and no issues, would highly recommend the location. Treat yourself to a good coffee at Happy Goat next door, before or after your move!

The gentleman at counter was very helpful and he also have us a refund because we ended up not using the furniture pads. It was overall a very good experience.
